About this property

Quaint 2-room. Apartment in an old farmer's pen (1611)

Habach is an original village in the Blauer Land (home of the Impressionists / Blauer Reiter) and yet only 25 minutes from Munich.
In the lavishly renovated Stifts-Haus there is the very cozy guest apartment, with a bedroom (narrow bed for two + additional bed on request), a living / kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is 0815 with us. Not even the garden and wine cellar.
We are happy to provide suggestions for the holiday ... B. where can you find an extraordinary jazz / and a rock pub (WE) or where can you swim without hype, where to rent skis, go on long bike tours, plan hikes ... etc.
A lucky cat also lives in the house - if someone has an allergy. A guest dog doesn't bother us at all.

If you book only 1 or 2 days, please pay a one-off € 7 laundry fee per person. P. or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to display the overall low price for short stays.

Super Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung war viel schöner als die Fotos (Stand 02.2024) vermuten lassen. Super ausgestattet. Fussbodenheizung im Bad. Fenster nach Osten und Süden. Gluckernder Bach direkt am Grundstück. Trotz Parterre-Lage warm und hell. Haus und Grundstück sind im positivsten Sinne ungewöhnlich. Es macht Spaß die vielen Besonderheiten und Designideen zu entdecken. Dorfladen nur 150 Meter entfernt. Der Gastgeber Klaus ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, daß es keine Wohnungsschlüssel gibt (Hausschlüssel jedoch schon) und daß der Kühlschrank im Hausflur ist. Insgesamt wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Enttäuschende Ferienwohnung
Leider muss ich sagen, dass wir insgesamt von der Ferienwohnung enttäuscht waren. Negativ: - Wohnung war nicht die aus der Anzeige. Dies wurde vom Vermieter auch nicht proaktiv angesprochen. Den Punkt finden wir sehr kritisch. 4 Tage später hätten wir zwar in die inserierte Wohnung umziehen können, was wir aufgrund erneutem Einpacken/ Auspacken (unterwegs mit Baby) nicht getan haben. - Küche winzig und ohne Backofen und Spülmaschine; Das Fehlen des Backofens wurde vom Vermieter mit Verweis auf eine Pizzeria in der Nähe kommentiert. - Küchenausstattung dürftig - Allgemein sehr staubig und nicht besonders sauber (bspw. Spülschwamm mit Essensresten) und wirkte teilweise wie eine Abstellkammer für persönliche Dinge des Vermieters - Nur ein Bistrotisch und -stühle zum Essen - sehr begrenzter Stauraum - nicht verschließbare Tür zum privaten Büro des Vermieters - teilweise kein Sichtschutz und Möglichkeit zum Abdunkeln - Anreise/Abreise; Anreise sollte erst einen Tag früher erfolgen, dann anstatt ab 16 Uhr erst um 18 Uhr; Abreise sollte dann schon um 9 Uhr anstatt 11 Uhr erfolgen Positiv: - weitläufige, große Wohnung mit Pflanzen - Garten - Hofladen in Laufdistanz - Umgebung für Spaziergänge - Waschmaschine und Trockner nutzbar und neuere Modelle
