The house is surrounded by a large garden, there is a seating area, deck chairs, an outdoor grill and lots of space. All conditions can be reached quickly on foot. Likewise, all activities can be reached too quickly: the lake is a quick walk, some hiking destinations can be started directly from the house, via ferratas and climbing opportunities are only a few minutes away by car. A surf school where you can also surfboards u. a. can borrow, is about 10 minutes away.
