This wonderful home was built in 1946 for one of the pioneer fishing families in Santa Cruz. It is truly the quintessential FAMILY home. All on one level, pecan hardwood floors throughout. The backyard is perfect for croquet or bocce ball. A soak in the large, private hot tub will provide a perfect end for your perfect day at the beach.

We have thought of and provided everything that you will need for a fun, relaxing and memorable vacation in Santa Cruz. You will not be disappointed!

Very nice home with perfect location!!
We celebrated my sisters birthday here and had a great time! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Jill was very attentive to answering any questions I might have. The only situation we ran into was the lock on the front door. We had trouble a couple times locking up and many of us tried several times. Other than that it was perfect! I'd rent this beautiful home again!!

More than even expected
Home owner was quick with answering emails. A hot water heater went out and as soon as they could get the plumber out, on a weekend no less, he was there.

A large house for our family gathering
Our family of 12, including teens and young children found enough room in this very large house. The front and back yards were nicely maintained and perfect for the Easter egg hunt we had. The configuration of the house with one of the bathrooms (there are only 2) between two of the bedrooms and the people sleeping there happened to be the family members who slept later. Something to think about when bedrooms are assigned. There were only 3 large rolls of toilet paper per bathroom so we had to purchase more. We also had to purchase salt, although there was plenty of pepper and miscellaneous other spices. The large dining room table and plenty of chairs were perfect for our family meals and the high chair a welcome addition. We were always able to find on-street parking and the walk to the cliffs and boardwalk was a fairly short distance. We would stay here again, perhaps in the summer months when the beach would be warm enough for hanging out and playing in the sand.

Spacious and Comfortable
Spacious and beautiful old home. Well maintained and charmingly decorated. We had 11 people and 2 large dogs in our group and there was plenty of room to eat, sleep and play. We had a great family time!

My family has lived in Santa Cruz for 4 generations. We have admired this property for a long time, driving by it daily. It had been owned by the same family for the past 65 years. We are only the 2nd owners. As soon as we learned that it was for sale, we did what we had to do to make it ours! It is truly a piece of Santa Cruz history and we are happy to share it with you!
