The house is located in a well-kept holiday home park in the North Hessian highlands. With its almost opaque property, the house is on the sea side. From here it is only approx. 600 m. to the beach.

The very well-kept and very tastefully furnished holiday home with 3 bedrooms offers plenty of sleeping space for families. A climate split unit heats the house in winter and can cool it in summer.

Furthermore, the house is equipped with various accessories that convey a stylish coziness, so that you immediately feel comfortable when entering the house. The property is planted all around and therefore almost opaque in summer when everything is green.

On the ground floor there is the entrance with a porch and cloakroom as well as the spacious living room with a fireplace. From there you get to a beautiful gallery with kitchen, bathroom and a guest toilet and a bedroom with a double bed.

Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 separate beds. In addition, a large balcony on the upper floor invites you to relax and below that a beautiful terrace on the ground floor. Both bedrooms on the top floor have their own balcony access (south). From here you can let your eyes wander over the entire holiday park.

The shower room is timelessly bright.

The leisure facility Seepark Kirchheim invites you to relax on the bay (sand) as well as to enjoy water skiing on the existing facility.

The lake has good water quality, so that swimmers will also get their money's worth. Anglers (with a fishing license) can indulge in their hobby even after approval in the lake. Enjoy the lake while swimming and sunbathing, fishing or taking a leisurely stroll!

Numerous hiking trails start right in the complex. A hiking car park has been newly designated as a starting point for interesting hiking tours.

The on-site hotel offers a restaurant and a lakeside terrace.

A golf course is approx. 4 km away.

Niedliches Häuschen mit schönen Garten

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser gemeinsames Kochen und Essen war leider etwas eingeschränkt, da nur wenige Teller, Besteck, Schalen,... vorhanden waren. Ein Haus für 6 Personen kann nicht z.B nur 4 Kuchenteller oder nur 2 Kaffeebecher haben. Mit so wenig Geschirr macht auch die vorhandene Spülmaschine keinen Sinn, denn es muss eh alles sofort gespült werden. Auch das zusätzliche Handtuchpaket für 10,- p.P. war mit je 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch extrem knapp bemessen. Dies sind einerseits Kleinigkeiten, jedoch sollte es hier problemlos sein den Gästen mehr Komfort bieten zu können.

Bergland trifft es genau

Das Objekt ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es gibt tatsächlich eine KLEINE Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein paar scharfe Messer wären noch gut gewesen. Die Betten sind sehr weich, daher hatten wir (alle 6) Mühe darin zu schlafen. Das Haus ist außerdem sehr hellhörig. Gespräche in normaler Lautstärke lassen sich im ganzen Haus mithören. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung. WC-Brillen und Armaturen müssten mal wieder festgezogen werden. Und als kleine Anmerkung, bitte regelmäßig die WC-Bürste wechseln. Die hatte ihre Besten Zeiten hinter sich. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gemütlich und mit diversen Spielen ausgestattet. Auch bei diesen lohnt sich mal ein genauerer Blick. Alle Spiele waren durcheinander und irgendwie im Schrank verteilt. Schade das es Gäste gibt, die nicht aufräumen können, aber es sollte dennoch alles wieder hergerichtet sein, wenn die Neuen kommen. Ebenso der Flurschrank. Eine Katastrophe. Der Garten ist wunderbar. Blickgeschützt in alle Richtungen. Die Ratan-Möbel sind schon notdürftig geflickt, aber noch zu gebrauchen. Die Wiese ist groß genug zum Federball spielen. Der Grill erfüllt seine Aufgabe. Einziges Manko ist der runde Tisch mit den Sitzgelegenheiten. Dieser muss dringend ausgetauscht oder repariert werden. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und lädt zum Träumen und Entspannen ein. Wir hätten es schön gefunden, wenn irgendwo gestanden hätte, dass es soooo bergig ist. Alleine das Einrichten des Hauses war ein Balanceakt. Steil, schmal und uneben. Glücklicherweise sind wir ohne größere Verletzungen wieder abgereist. Der Weg zum See ist nicht weit, aber ebenfalls sehr steil.Der Rasen war ungemäht, der Sandstrand bereits mit anderen Gästen überfüllt. Der See ist sehr trüb und man kann nicht weit rausschwimmen, weil man sonst dem Wasserski in die Quere kommt. Wir sind dann lieber nach Kirchheim ins Freibad gefahren. Das Minigolf konnte vom Wegesrand leicht erahnt werden. Es versteckte sich unter einer ungepflegten Rasenfläche. Auf dem Abhang steht eine Tischtennisplatte. Und es gibt einen Beachvolleyball Platz. Dieser war mit Bauzäunen umrandet, sodass es nicht klar ersichtlich war, ob er genutzt werden darf oder nicht. Im Großen und Ganzen war es eine schöne Zeit. Wir hatten viel Ruhe und super Wetter.

Wochenende mit Freunden

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden im Ferienhaus „gestiefelter Kater“ verbracht. Man hat von diesem Ferienhaus zwar keinen direkten Seeblick, dafür aber einen nicht einsehbaren Garten mit Sitzecke und Grill. Der See mit kleinem Badestrand ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus an sich ist zwar recht vollgestellt und teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch gemütlich.

Bestenfalls mittelmäßig

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage hat die beste Zeit längst hinter sich. Die Ausstattung der Räume war zweckmäßig, aber überall sind notdürftig reparierte Blessuren zu finden. Die Dunstabzugshaube hatte einen Ölfilm, Spinnweben hingen in den oberen Ecken der höheren Decken, das Mobiliar auf der Terrasse war eine Zumutung. Ein Klappstuhl kaputt, am Tisch ein Loch in der Verkleidung etc. Was uns richtig geärgert hat: Es wurden in der Anzeige ein Spielplatz, eine Minigolf-Anlage und ein Volleyballfeld angepriesen - alles nicht mehr nutzbar. Der Spielplatz war gar nicht mehr vorhanden, die Minigolfanlage überwuchert mit Unkraut und das Volleyballfeld war eine einzige riesige Pfütze. In der näheren Umgebung war die Wasserskianlage das einzige lohnenswerte fußläufig zu erreichende Freizeitangebot. In Kirchheim hat uns das Freibad sehr gut gefallen, es ist aber vom Seepark aus nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Selbst die Wanderwege sind nur dürftig ausgeschildert, obwohl die Umgebung sich sonst zum Wandern gut eignen würde. Also für einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit Kindern ist es aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen.

Umgeben von schönster Natur

Geräumiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, so dass unsere 2 jugendlichen Kinder jeweils ihr eigenes Zimmer mit Balkon hatten. Ausreichend Platz zum Essen und Spielen, 2 Toiletten und Grill und Bank mit Sonnenschirm im Garten. Umliegend viel Natur, See zum Baden und die Möglichkeit zum Minigolf spielen.
