Our apartment "Alexander von Humboldt" offers families, single travelers and couples an inexpensive way to get to know Bremerhaven from its most beautiful side. It is for two to four people, e.g. B. two adults and two children optimally and shines with useful equipment and tasteful ambience. The 45m ² two-room apartment offers a small kitchenette with complete equipment, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a living room with double bed and a sofa bed. This apartment is located on the 2nd Floor (no elevator).

The central location between the fishing port (2 km) and the overseas ports (3 km), as well as between the main train station (440 m) and the city center with the Havenwelten (approx. 1100 m) is a great starting point to discover Bremerhaven.

Check-in (from 3:00 p.m.) and check-out (until 11:00 a.m.) is possible at the reception in the neighboring CITY-HOTEL. You are welcome to use hotel services such as B. Breakfast, book tickets for theater or concerts or use our bike rental.

Toll für einen Wochenendausflug

Schöne kleine Wohnung, ideal für einen Wochenendausflug. Die Küche ist sehr klein, zum Frühstück machen aber ausreichend. Die Dusche könnte größer sein, der Hahn steht sehr weit vor und sorgt für blaue Flecken. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen war es in der Wohnung sehr warm, durch die verglaste Sitzecke heizt der Wohnraum sehr stark auf. Nächtliches Lüften hilft, wenn man sich nicht am Verkehrslärm stört.

Der Wohnraum der Ferienwohnung wirkte durch einen starken Rauchergeruch und das alte Sitzmobiliar sehr ungepflegt. Bad und Schlafzimmer waren sauber und gepflegt.

Angenehmes Wochenende

Ich hatte ein angehmes Wochenende im gut ausgestatteten, sauberen Appartement („Alexander v. Humboldt“). Das Styling wirkt modern und angenehm unaufdringlich. Lobenswert: es gab ausreichend Handtücher und im geräumigen Wohnzimmer ein TV + eine Stereoanlage mit 3,5“ AUX-Eingang zum Anschluss meines iPhone sowie einen dedizierten Router (Fritzbox). So ließ sich auch mein Apple-TV problemlos ins Netz bringen und ich konnte so auf meine persönliche Mediatek zugreifen! Tipp: wer einen guten TV Sound schätzt, kann den Kophörerausgang des TV per 3,5“/3,5“-Kabel mit dem AUX-Eingang an der Front (hinter einer Klappe) der Steroanlage verbunden ;-). Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist breit und bequem! Gewöhnungsbedürftig waren die zu kleinen Nachttische im Schlafzimmer und fehlende Arbeits- und Abtropffläche in der kleinen Küchenecke. Die Küche war ansonsten gut ausgestattet bis auf die Gläser. Vor allem normale Trinkgläser fehlen. Die vorhandenen sind zu schmal und zu hoch. Das einzig brauchbare Format (0,4 L) war nur einmal vorhanden. Lobenswert: große Becher für Kaffee oder Tee. Das Bad hat ein großes Waschbecken, die Dusche hat einen kräftigen Strahl mit gut regulierbarer, konstanter Temperatur. Vorsicht: die Hebel-Armatur der Dusche ragt in den Duschraum und kann durch dagegenstoßen beim Umdrehen leicht verstellt werden, was zu Verbrennung führen kann (und ich bin nicht dick!). Leider hat sich die hakelige Duschkopfbefestigung während des Aufenthalts „verabschiedet“. Das Appartement liegt an einer lauten, vierspurigen Straße, was in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wird (nichts für Langschläfer oder Freunde der Stille). Intransparent: seltsamerweise stieg der angegebene Durchschnittspreis während der Buchung um mehr als 15%, was ich mir nicht erklären konnte (lag vielleicht daran, dass es übers Wochenende war?). Insgesamt habe ich mich wohl gefühlt und würde das Appartment wieder buchen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der alten Heimat.

Wir hatten schon häufiger im City-Hotel übernachtet und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Auch die Entscheidung für eine Wohnung in diesem Haus war goldrichtig. Die Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt braucht. Schön wäre eine Thermoskanne für den Kaffee . 😊 Als gebürtige Bremerhavenerin sind mir die Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht so wichtig, aber es ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und die Bäckerei Engelbrecht nebenan hat immer noch den allerbesten Butterkuchen ! 😉
