The apartment is situated in a residential building therefore NO PARTIES or loud behaviour allowed!
The apartment is only suitable for quiet guests.
Lovely, newly furnished studio. The main living area has a comfortable queen size bed (160x200), a couch that can be converted into a double bed (140x200), and a wardrobe. All our duvets are single duvets.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including a hub, a toaster and kettle. There is also a table with 4 chairs where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your breakfast.
There is usually some tea, coffee, salt etc. in the kitchen.
The apartment does not have a TV, that's why we recommend bringing a laptop.
The bathroom is also newly furnished and has a shower, sink, toilet and a hair dryer.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has been lovingly renovated and converted from a former office. From its "past life" it still has big windows which overlook the street. You might hear some street sounds.
Since it is located in a commercial space, it has been legally allowed by the city of Berlin and does not take away living space from Berlin residents. So you can stay here without having bad a conscious about contributing to the city's housing issues.
CHILDREN
In case you are travelling with children, we can provide a cot (at a surcharge). Besides that there is also a high chair for children, kids plates and cutlery and some basic toys.
BABY COT
can be booked for a surcharge, subject to availability.
INTERNET
Available via wifi.
LINEN & TOWELS
Bed linen and 1 hand towel + 1 bath towel per person are included. Extra towels cost extra and need to be ordered prior to arrival.
PARKING
Free public parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. It can, however, take a little bit to find a free spot.
EASY ACCESS
The apartment is located on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible, without heavy doors in the way, or steps to climb.
CITY TAX
Since the 1st of January 2014 all private Berlin visitors have to pay the so called City Tax. This 5% tax has to be paid on top of the price you pay on online. For more information please refer to the federal state of Berlin website.
MONITORING
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is privacy compliant.
DOCUMENTS
If you are a foreign national we need copies of the passports / IDs of every person who will be staying in the apartment. This is due to § 29 - Bundesmeldegesetz (BMG).
The documents and information are collected by us using a Pre-Check In tool from chargeautomation. In the course of the Pre-Check In you also have possibility to pay the City Tax.
