Wonderful location, several issues involving comfort, safety & convenience

The apartment is in a wonderful location, and the rental agent Sarah helpful and easy to communicate with. However, before renting suggest you inquire with Sarah about: Many stairs, no handrail Bright street light outside bedroom window Bed linens & pillows Shower/tub no anti-skid mat Bath towels mid-stay exchange Bedroom air conditioning/heat Clothes washer/dryer instructions Kitchen & bath supplies limited (soap, shampoo, TP, tissues, detergent, paper towels) Smoke detectors (none) TV stations (French & German) Mirrors (only 1 small one over bathroom sink)
