About this property

The holiday home, built according to biological principles, is located in the middle of the Salzkammergut between Strobl and Bad Ischl on a small hill. From the large, glass-roofed terrace you experience a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. A grocery store, several inns and public transport are within walking distance. With our open-top car, we offer a pick-up service from Salzburg Airport (40 km) or from Bad Ischl train station (6 km.).

Many young and old guests have been thrilled to explore nature in the directly adjacent forest.

Your four-legged darling would feel very comfortable. The property (approx. 1000m²) is fenced "dogproof".

Walking paths lead directly from the house and dogs can also swim in the nearby lake. Several lakes, mountain bike trails and the most beautiful hiking routes in the Salzkammergut as well as one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria are in the immediate vicinity. Skiers and ski tourers will find the best conditions in the snow-sure mountains of the Salzkammergut. We are happy to arrange hunting and Fishing trips, as well as balloon trips and rafting tours. The operetta town of Bad Ischl awaits you with the Kaisertherme and the flair of the k & k shopping town. The newly built Finnish outdoor sauna is now available.
