The cozy Villa Eugenia is centrally located in Lo Pagán, a very popular area for young and old, and offers free WiFi.

In this apartment you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, a water filter is installed in the kitchen, so you save yourself the purchase and transport of drinking water. Dishes, electric cookers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers and much more make it easy to prepare.

This air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment has a flat-screen TV and a living room. A flat screen with German, English, French, Spanish, Russian etc. Shipments are available.

The "Las Salinas" are particularly popular. If you want to do something good for your health, this is the place for you. The walking distance to the sandy beach, the healthy moor lake and a variety of bars, restaurants, clubs and supermarkets makes it an ideal holiday destination. The large shopping center "DOS MARES" is in the immediate vicinity. There is also a varied offer for sports lovers, the Pinatar Arena with a fitness studio, indoor pool with saunas, a tennis court and a stadium is particularly popular.

The newly renovated accommodation is equipped with mirrored windows and with reflection, there is also air conditioning and the bedrooms are equipped with fans. Each bedroom has its own closet. There is also a shoe cabinet where you can store your shoes quickly and easily.

Incómodo y mejorable

Cuado llegamos la casa apenas estaba lista, limpieza mejorable. El frigo pequeño apenas enfría tuvimos que compar hielo y tomar las bebidas calientes. No tenían sabanas y almohadas incomodas me lleve yo la mía y me la olvide y no me la quieren devolver. La chica que nos recibio muy maleducada y desconfiada no repetimos.

Magnifique..

Très belle place, maison avec tout le nécessaire! Un endroit très convivial, l’ameublement est neuf et propre. Un super wifi, en bas la court est assez grande, en haut une terrasse tres confortable avec des meuble aussi. Dans la cuisine ce qui est bien qu’il y’a une vaisselle et tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine. Les magasin, supermarket sont juste à côté et surtout deux park pour enfants! Tout est à deux pas. Adorable Mar-Menor pour enfants juste ce qu’il faut! mais aussi il y a le lac) La maison est vraiment belle, avec les travaux récents et vraiment bien fait. Un endroit à conseiller :D et d’y aller.
