Completely renovated 66 sqm apartment in the pedestrian area of La Spezia

The apartment is located in the pedestrian area and in the immediate vicinity of the typical fruit, vegetable and fish market. During the day the numerous shops invite to a stroll and in the evening you can choose one of the many typical restaurants for a cozy dinner. A recent restoration has brought to light both parts of the old stone walls and the beautiful wooden beams dating from the beginning of the last century.
It is located in the 3rd Floor with lift and consists of a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the dome of a church, a bathroom with shower and a large dining and living area with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street with its restaurants. Due to its extremely central location, it is a 5-minute walk to the quay wall, from where the boats leave for Lerici, Portovenere, Palmaria and 5 Terre. Also to the train station, from where the trains leave for the 5 Terre, Pisa, Genoa, etc. are about 5 minutes walk.

Superb hosts, beautiful apartment, excellent location.

Giorgio and Martina are fantastic hosts. Giorgio was there to meet us with a friendly welcome and took time to explain the layout of the wonderful apartment and give some first class tips on places to see, eat etc. Indeed all communication with Giorgio and Martina throughout the booking process and during our stay was quick, helpful, super-friendly and informative. La Spezia itself is highly underrated and has a laid-back, friendly vibe (just like our hosts!). The apartment is exceptionally well equipped and was a joy to stay in. Martina and Giorgio add some much appreciated welcome touched that make this feel like a home from home. We are already planning our return. Thank you so much Giorgio and Martina.

Great Stay in La Spezia

We had originally booked to stay here in 2020 but, due to COVID travel restrictions, had to cancel. The cancellation process was seamless and having spent some time researching properties before initially booking we were keen to select this property when we were actually able to travel. We were not disappointed when we finally got to the property and were met by Martina who provided us with a huge amount of information on the local area and some great restaurant recommendations. The property was spotless and very comfortable with a great welcome pack which included milk, bread, coffee and a very nice bottle of wine. We would happily stay here again as the location was ideal for exploring the Cinque Terre by both train and ferry. There was also a market nearby and a bus stop which allowed us to visit Porto Venere for the day.

Perfect in every way

Martina is the perfect host. Her apartment is spotless and has everything you could require. Matrina is very thoughtful, the apartment has a selection of fresh fruit, soft drinks, light snacks, a coffee machine complete with pods and a lovely bottle of wine. She has provided all the information you could need from train timetables, ferry times and a selection of nearby good restraunts. She is a lovely person, very helpful and kind.. If you can afford this apartment and it fits your dates book it now you will not regret it. Fantastic in every way.

Fantastic place!

We have stayed a million places on our family adventures. I am not exaggerating when I say this was one of the most beautiful, most comfortable, and most enjoyable to date. We were floored with the style and taste of decor, level of attention to detail, and the location. Can't wait to come back. Martina met us at the door and welcomed us to her beautiful apartment. She gave us a tour of her place, recommended boat tours (thank you!), restaurants, things to do, etc. The space is absolutely clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need (one of the best we've been to!). Comfy bed, thoughtful touches, quiet neighborhood. Location was superb - 3 minutes walking distance to local market with lots of fresh produce, lots of restaurants and café, shopping. We felt very much at home at Martina's place. THANK YOU! We'll be back!
