Im 2017 fertiggestellt, auf dem Grundstück 600m2, eigener Parkplatz für 3 (oder mehr in Nahe) Autos, je nach Bedarf auch für weitere.

Das Haus verfügt über einen Pool (6x4m /tief 140cm), Dusche, Terrasse mit Liegen, Grill und Sommerküche mit Sitzgelegenheit. Wohnfläche 220m2 verteilt auf 2 Etagen besteht aus:

Großer Wohnbereich mit Esszimmer und Küche, Terrasse, kleines Doppelzimmer (Bett 140x200), Gang, Washraum, Badezimmer (Dusche, Wc) im Erdgeschoss. Innere Treppe zum im 1. Stock. 3 Doppelzimmer davon sind 1 DZ mit großes Bett (180x200) und eigener Bad/WC, 1 Zimmer mit 2 getrennte Betten ((90x200), 1 DZ mit Doppelbett 160x200 und 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne/WC/ bidet. Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage, Sat-TV, kostenloses WLAN.

Ortszentrum ist 1 km entfernt. Im Zentrum gibt es Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäckerei, Post, Caffe-bar, Pizzeria, Friseur und Massage-salon, Auto und Gummiservice und Touristbüro. Das nächste Restaurant ist nur 2,5 km von der Villa entfernt.

Der kleine Ort Bribir befindet sich in Kvarner Bucht, 4,7 km von Novi Vinodolski und cca 8 km von Badeort Crikvenica.

Zauberhafte grüne Tal von Vinodol im Hinterland von Crikvenica und Novi Vinodolski, wenige Kilometer vom Meer und 15km vom Wald entfernt, ist ein idealer Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub zwischen dem Meer und den bewaldeten Bergen. Hier kann man die wunderschöne Natur und angenehmes Klima genießen, im Meer baden, Wandern oder Öko-Köstlichkeiten der lokalen Gastronomie probieren. Drei Burgen der Adelsfamilie Frankopan befinden sich in Bribir, Drivenik und Grižane.

Zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Sportler und alle Aktivurlauber hat das Gebiet rund um Vinodol zu bieten: Radwege, Berg- und Wanderwege, Paragliden, Angeln am See Tribalj. Im Ort und Umgebung sind während der touristischen Saison verschiedene Kultur-, Sport-, Unterhaltungs- und andere Veranstaltungen zu sehen. 2 km vom Ort , Richtung Novi Vinodolski sind Weinberge und Weinkeller, wo man die guten Tropfen verkosten kann. Gleich in der Nähe befindet sich Weinbergrestaurant mit Spezialitäten der kroatischen Küche. Region Kvarner ist vom München nur ca 520km entfernt. Flughafen Rijeka verbindet Kvarner mit europäischen Städten.

Beautiful house for a peaceful holiday

The owners were very helpful both before and during our stay. The house was beautifully clean. It is set in a very rural and tranquil part of Croatia, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, within easy reach of Kvarner Bay and its islands, as well as easy access to shops and supermarkets.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das haus ist sehr schön gestaltet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern lief taddelos , sie sind jederzeit erreichbar und kommen auch in der nacht falls es zu Problemen kommt .Handtücher , Waschmittel, geschirrspültabs usw alles vorhanden . Der pool wird alle 2 tage gereinigt . Mit dem auto braucht man ca 8 minuten bis zum strand, also eine tolle lage . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
