Holidays in Grömitz on the Baltic Sea coast, a beautiful piece of earth that has been extremely popular with holidaymakers for years!

So that you feel completely comfortable in your domicile, we have placed great emphasis on modern and individual furnishings. Beach chair on the beach, high chair and bed, washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, carport, WiFi, handcart and grill included!

The apartments have fan-assisted ventilation via decentralized reversible fans with heat recovery. The bathroom has a large window and an intelligent fan system, which u. a. moisture-controlled reacts. The windows are triple-glazed with a turn-and-tilt security fitting and a lockable window handle as well as electric shutters. Underfloor heating is available. From the carport you can also come directly to your apartment via the terrace. Cable TV and Internet DSL are available. On the beach we have reserved a modern brand new beach chair for you free of charge. The large property is fenced and has an approximately 35 m² terrace on which you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. A basement and elevator are available.

Grömitz offers a variety of wonderful hiking and walking trails, here dog and man meet with man and dog, here some saber and others sniff. Arrival and departure days are considered one day. The prices are pure rental costs plus a one-off € 50 cleaning fee. The prices are for 2 people. For each additional person from 2-18 years we charge a surcharge of 10 € / night, for each additional person from 18 years 20 € / night (max. 4 people).

The prices apply to the 1st + 2nd Person. For the 3rd + 4th Person has a high quality sofa bed in the living room.

You are welcome to bring your pets with you, upon prior notification. There will be an extra charge of € 10 / day. We would be happy to provide you with the complete laundry set for € 20 (2 normal towels, 1 large shower towel, bed linen, bath rugs and tea towels)
