The apartment has a size of approximately 45 sqm, is reached by a staircase and the large roof terrace and is located in a small residential complex with 7 apartments.
In the morning you will be awakened in the bedroom by the sun. Around noon you can enjoy the sun in the beach tent and the sun loungers on the terrace and watch the sunset in the evening.

Beautiful, cozy and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment with everything you need for self-catering. Cooker with 4 ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo- and filter coffee filter machine, refrigerator and equipped with tasteful dishes. Hand-held stirrers and waffle irons are also available for the preparation of delicious sweets.
The bedroom is laid out with laminate flooring and it was nicely furnished. The double bed measures 1.60 x 2.00 meters, single mattresses. They can store their wardrobe and laundry in a 3-door wardrobe as well as 2 chests of drawers.
Kitchen, living room and shower room are tiled. The comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment leaves nothing to be desired. In the living room are a TV with DVD player and stereo with USB, line in connection and SD / MMC card. Some games are available as well as different handbooks for reading.
On the large roof terrace there are table and chairs available. A large parasol provides shade while eating. You can enjoy the sun sheltered from the sun in the beach tent and sun loungers. From mid-October to Easter, these facilities are not available.

The climate on Borkum is especially beneficial for allergy sufferers. We have our apartment on it and adjusted allergic friendly. For this reason, pets are not allowed. It is a non-smoking apartment.
A laundry package consisting of sheets, crockery, hand and shower towels can be borrowed on site for a fee if you do not bring your own laundry.
The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the island. Cycling or hiking trails start right outside the door. Bicycles are available for renting bicycles.

The shortest ferry service is from Eemshaven, NL. Duration approx. 60 minutes. From the ferry port, it takes a narrow-gauge railway to Borkum station. From there you can take the bus to the clinic or take a taxi. On foot it is about 25 minutes to the apartment.
