Welcome to Lake Schwerin

Start the day with a fantastic sunrise and a view of Lake Schwerin. The new holiday home is ideal for up to 4 people with 2 rooms with 2 large double beds. It is located directly on Lake Schwerin with a bathing beach, children's playground and fireplace, water sports and fishing. The high-quality equipment with sauna, light-flooded rooms and beautiful south-facing terrace invite you to relax.

After the sauna, you can go directly into the water directly at the house and start long hikes on land or on the water; many cycling, riding and hiking trails invite you to do so. There is a lot to discover!

We are looking forward to your visit!

The non-smoking house has a modern fitted kitchen on the ground floor in the living room, a living room with a spacious couch and TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 large, comfortable bathrooms and a sauna. With approx. 100 square meters, it offers enough space for 2-4 people, families with children are welcome.

A free parking lot is located directly in front of the house. The spacious south-facing terrace with lots of green space can be used individually by you.

Schön, aber nicht toll

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allen Utensilien, die man braucht. Leider gab es für den Balkon keine Möbel. Die Sitzauflagen der Terrasse passten von der Größe nicht zu den Stühlen. Der Sonnenschirm war viel zu klein. Von der Decke im Schlafzimmer hingen Spinnweben. Störend war ab Ferienbeginn der Trubel auf dem Sportplatz und die Nachtwanderungen des nahegelegenen Ferienparks. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt, die sehr schöne Umgebung erkundet und uns erholt.

Nette Wohnung direkt am See

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Sie war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Leider gibt es jedoch auf dem Balkon, von dem man einen tollen Blick auf den See hat, keine Möbel. Und die Terrassenmöbel haben uns nicht gefallen. Sie sind aus Kunststoff und es ist ein Sammelsurium nicht zueinander passender Stühle, die nicht zum verweilen einladen.

Eine Woche am Schweriner See

Ruhige Lage am Schweriner See, der allerdings in unserer Urlaubswoche an der Badestelle vor der Tür neben vielen Steinen (Badeschuhe) völlig veralgt und recht schmutzig war! Durch eine starke Unterströmung und Wind meist aus W oder NW war es auch keine gute Ecke für das SUP. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto liegt viel Sehenswertes in der Nähe (gute Tips bei der Einweisung). Gut Essen gehen kann man z. B. im Seeblick in Bad Kleinen (ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad am See nördlich. Sehenswert ist auch das Schloß in Willigrad (ca. 20 Minuten südlich mit dem Rad am See entlang) - Wismar & Schwerin liegen beide mit dem Auto sozusagen vor derTür! Das Haus ist relativ neu und praktisch aufgeteilt. In der Woche waren glücklicherweise die Nachbarn kaum da (drei Häuser direkt aneinander) und es war schön ruhig, was bei voller Belegung und Terrasse an Terrasse sicherlich auch anders sein kann. Etwas mehr freier Stauraum im Untergeschoss wäre noch ganz gut, da viele Utensilien vom Vermieter die Fächer blockieren, Küche hat alles was man braucht. Für eine ruhige Woche um Schwerin, Wismar & Co zu erkunden genau richtig …

Perfekt, Sauber und ruhig gelegen

Hier fühlt man sich richtig wohl, alles ist gut eingerichtet, es ist sauber, es ist alles wie auf den Bildern. Einzig die Straße zum Haus ist im Moment eine Baustelle, daher sieht das Auto aus als wenn man in der Wüste war, aber das geht vorbei. Wir würden gerne nochmal hierher kommen.
