About this property

Cermignano - A village between mountains and sea

In the northern part of Abruzzo, which belongs to the provincial town of TERAMO, is the village of CERMIGNANO (563m asl). Nestled in a hilly landscape, from here you have a wonderful view of the mountains and on clear days a view to the sea.
In this idyllic village is a holiday home that is waiting to receive guests. The house is an independent part of an earlier monastery. The old, thick walls dating back to medieval times still provide protection and shade on hot summer days. It is a pleasant place where you can relax after exploring lakes, castles, towns and beaches ...

From a lovingly decorated courtyard you reach a staircase up to the entrance portal. The entrance with its small vestibule leads directly into the living rooms: dining room, kitchen and living room. Dining and living room are very spacious. It has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove / oven - espresso machine LAVAZZA, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher are provided. From the dining room you enter a corridor that leads to two bedrooms, bathroom and the inner terrace. Overall, the house has 4 rooms.

Cermignano and its shops
A grocery store, a bakery, a pharmacy, a florist and a butcher can be found in the village. Every Tuesday is in the village square market.
A Postbank is also available, this is located at the village entrance.
If you have any questions, I am always at your disposal and you also have a contact person on site.

The mountains
It is 28 km to the Isola del Gran Sasso (34 min)
If you like hiking you will fall in love with this nature ...
On the doorstep lies the National Park of the Gran Sasso. The Gran Sasso itself with its Corno Grande is 2900m high. Here you can breathe a sigh of relief ... Horizon, nature, space, peace ... You can experience this by exploring the natural park with its castles, lakes and forests alone or being guided by a guide. ,

Ocean,
is 30 km away, and it takes about 40 minutes to get to the idyllic town of PINETO, whose pine grove has given its name to the cozy and lively town.

If you want, I will be happy to advise you and help you organize your holiday!

A Great base for exploring Abruzzo
We were visiting Cermignano for a wedding nearby. From booking Giovanna was fantastic, answering all my questions and dealing with all Enquiries quickly. The house is comfortable and immaculately clean. Access to the house on arrival was smooth and trouble free. A couple of minor issues were quickly rectified. Comfortable beds and lots of storage. The views from the house are incredible and there is a bakers and a small shop to stock up on essentials. There is a cafe bar which has lively coffee. The area around Cermignano is beautiful with lots to interesting places to visit. It's about 40 mins to beautiful beaches and an outdoor swimming pool nearby. The people in the village are warm and friendly. We would be happy to return.

phantastischer Blick
