About this property

Enjoy the tranquility in Calpe in the residential area La Manzanera and appreciate the privileges of staying right on the waterfront. The 3 rooms apartment was completely renovated in 2017, high quality and tastefully furnished. On the large terrace you can listen to the sea noise and watch the sunset with a glass of wine.

The apartment has two tastefully furnished bedrooms with high quality mattresses. The sleeping area is 160cm to 200cm. In the living room there is a sofa bed.

The kitchen has also been newly built in 2017 and has a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffeemaker, water cooker, toaster, juicer and a large refrigerator with ice compartment. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are also included in the apartment.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink with mirror and a toilet.

The living room has a cozy couch two armchairs and a dining table for up to 5 people. A 46 inch flat screen TV with integrated satellite receiver is also available.

On the 16 sqm terrace is a cozy couch and a dining table for up to 5 people.

The pool is a private communal pool of residents of the residential complex. The pool area can only be entered with a key.

100m in front of the door is a small beach about 30m wide. A much larger sandy beach is also accessible on foot (about 800m) over an idyllic way on the steep coast.

Beautiful apartment & area

We have just had 10 nights here and it was fantastic! The apartment is slightly smaller than it looks on the pictures, but nevertheless served myself and my husband & 2 daughters well. The apartment is very well thought out and has absolutely everything you could need. Calpe is a beautiful place, pretty quiet but nice for a family getaway. The walk into town takes around 15-20 mins, but taxis are available at around 8-10 euros each way. We would definitely return here with our youngest daughter, she loved the pool . Overall a huge recommendation for this apartment.
