The BERLIN Getaway is a unique and newly renovated apartment for your stay in Berlin. The approved apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped. 2 bedrooms with new and high quality mattresses for a healthy sleep. Only 1 minute to bus and tram station and 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz. There are several parks and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Rental bicycles are available and a private patio with a barbecue / fireplace is available for use.

Ideal Retreat in the Heart of Pankow

We just finished our second visit to this property and we can't say enough about it. First the owner, Christof, is an amazing host. He responds promptly with the smallest issue. He insures that the property is well maintained and comfortable. This property, which we shared with another couple, is perfect for anyone interested in touring Berlin, but feeling like the experience starts and ends each day in your own home. In addition, you are steps away from the M1 tram with connects with the U2 Ubahn, which takes you everywhere you want to go in Berlin. You won't regret renting from Christof. Please just don't choose the dates we want...we will return for another visit soon.

Perfect Place for Berlin Enthusiasts

The place and location are extraordinary. The rooms, kitchen and bath have all the modern features you could want. The space was spotless and carefully maintained. The owner is very attentive and flexible. The apartment has amazingly convenient access to public transportation that will lead you to anywhere in Berlin. Its residential location creates the feel of city living during your visit. Now that we know about this place, it will become our location of choice.

Top Wohnung, Top Lage und Top Vermieter!

Super Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung und stilvoller Einrichtung. Top Lage in ruhiger Strasse (Parken kein Problem), Bus und Tram zu Fuss in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns auch gute Tips gegeben... Danke Christoph, wir hatten schöne Tage in Berlin...
