About this property

The spacious apartment consists of a large living room, separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room, 2 showers, 2 toilets. The living room and all bedrooms have access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, 4 ceramic hobs with oven and dishwasher. In the living room there is a fireplace, a satellite.-TV and a cozy sitting area. The apartment is ideal for 4-5 people. WiFi available.
The apartment with approx. 90 m is furnished in Alpine style and is located on the entire floor of the 1st Stockes of my parental farm with a wonderful panoramic view of all mountains.
It lies in the middle of a beautiful flower meadow and is only 3 km from the famous Königssee.
Your apartment is surrounded by nature and hiking trails.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and not in the apartment.
Renting only from May to September.

Beautiful house, amazing views !!

We have just returned from Susanne's amazing property in Germany. We were a family of 4 who spent 10 days at this beautiful house in Schonau. If you love the mountains and incredible views from your window/balcony then this is the place for you. I will really miss sitting out on an evening reading my book as the sun set over this picture postcard location. The house is lovely, great kitchen, good size, clean and pleasant. If you have teenagers it's worth noting that the WiFi is very good !! And of course those incredible views alone are worth the trip. There is loads to do around the area, although I would suggest a car is essential. Susanne was very helpful and friendly, she helped us out massively when our outbound flight got cancelled by allowing us to stay another 2 nights. We really did love this place, I hope we will return someday. If you're looking for peace and quiet surrounded by mountains then this is the place for you. It's simply beautiful...

Lovely setting and friendly owner.

The apartment has a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and is in a great location for exploring the surrounding area. Susanne was very friendly and attentive. Overall highly recommended.
