Beautiful authentic Spanish house with huge pool and outdoor kitchen!

It is already in the name ... Villa Paradise ... you will understand this immediately when you drive up the driveway of this special place! Located only a 10-15 minute drive from the beach, very quiet and surrounded by green hills!

This Masia offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday and much more! You can really enjoy the great outdoors! A refreshing dip in the pool, relax on one of the beds and all this situated on an area of 3 hectares.

The owner of this beautiful villa is a true animal lover! You'll also notice this on arrival at the villa. Next to the villa is a fully enclosed area with various animals! The kids will definitely love this! Along with the animal caretaker, feeding the chickens, horse, cats, sheep, ducks and peacocks. If you are not an animal lover, this is no problem because it is a very large and fenced plot. Maybe you only hear the sounds of birds and peacocks!

It is a truly authentic Spanish house (110 years old), as you sometimes see on TV! The beautiful old details of the Masia are well preserved.

Upon entering this beautiful home, you will find yourself in the hall. If you go straight ahead, you enter the entertainment area of the villa, with a bar, billiards, darts and games. Besides this room is the kitchen. And if you're the cook of the family, you can prepare a simple lunch or a nice dinner here. There is a pantry with a large American fridge and a refrigerator where you can put your wine for the entire holiday!

On the ground floor is also a bathroom and of course the cozy living room, which also gives direct access to a terrace and garden.

Next to the kitchen are the stairs that go to the top floor, where the 5 large bedrooms (three with extra large double beds and two rooms with two single beds) and 2 large bathrooms are, and again with authentic elements.

If you love a wonderful morning walk ... no problem, there is a beautiful road that takes you through the fields to the pretty village of Tordera to buy bread or simply to enjoy this village (1 km).
