In the house "Jancker" holiday means close to the beach and in the center of the village in a TOP LOCATION, but still quiet - that sounds promising. 30 m from the beach and from the pier in Boltenhagen. Directly at beach entrance 6 you can quickly reach the Baltic Sea with the fine white sandy beach. The spa park as well as charming shops, cafés and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to linger on foot. The spa lift, the Kurhaus as well as numerous shops and gastronomic offers are available in the beautiful town center and are waiting for your visit.
The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor and offers about 55 m² space for up to 3 people.
A living room, 2 bedrooms, open kitchen, dining room, bathroom / toilet and an outdoor terrace with garden invite you. There is also a free parking space directly at the house.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, armchair and a flat screen. The direct view of the spa park is often more interesting than TV. Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, praktisch und komplett eingerichtet. Trotz Lage direkt an der Promenade durchaus ruhig wegen großem Garten auf der Rückseite. Wir waren zu zweit - dafür ist die Größe perfekt, aber auch vier Leute sollten sich problemlos zurechtfinden. Die Treppen zur und in der Wohnung sind durchaus steil - nur als Hinweis, wenn man damit Probleme hat. Auto kann sicher hinter dem Haus geparkt werden, einkaufen und Essen gehen kann zu Fuß erledigt werden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Abwicklung und der Kontakt waren sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Zentral - sauber - kurzer Weg zum Meer

Schöne FeWo mit kompletter Austattung. Netter unkomplizierter Vermieter. Günstige Lage im Ort, sodass die Wege immer kurz sind - insbesondere der zur Strand. Der Hinweis mit den steilen Treppen in der FeWo sollte ernst genommen werden - für ältere Gäste mit Gehproblemen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Sonst aber alles super!

Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Der Platz reicht für 3 Personen vollkommen. Die Lage ist unglaublich. Man hört nachts das Meer rauschen. Der große Garten ist ebenfalls schön.
