About this property

quiet and dreamlike location - your vacation home with a view of the water -

Away from the crowds of tourists, but quickly on the beach, the apartment is located directly on the Schoritzer Wiek, in the southern part of the island of Rügen.

The 2017 renovated and modern furnished, 57sqm apartment on 2 floors in the upper floor has two bedrooms with double bed and a single bed and a sofa bed, bright, friendly dining area with kitchen, cozy living area and satellite TV, bathroom with tub and integrated shower and one Balcony with water view for convivial barbecues. Two sofa beds are also available.

You can find relaxation in your own boat, which can be chartered fully equipped (depending on availability), fishing in a top area or relaxing on the water. The associated jetty is only 100 meters away from the apartment.

Two children's bicycles (16 'and 24') as well as a women's and men's bike are available free of charge.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Der Aufenthalt war erholsam. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut und der Vermieter war für Rückfragen schnell erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Urlaub in Zudar

Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung direkt am Wasser. Zum Abschalten genau das Richtige. Die Buchung verlief sehr reibungslos. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung sehr geräumig und sauber.

Schöne Lage

Sehr schöne Aussicht zum Bodden. Für 2 Personen wäre es ideal. Zusätzliches Bett auf oberer Etage, allerdings wird es unterm Dach sehr warm. Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
