Free Wi-Fi available. Washing machine. Small courtyard garden with barbecue and seating for communal use. Storage for bicycles in the yard or in the large bicycle storage included. Schöne Wohnung, sehr schlechte Sauberkeit

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten ist alles vorhanden. Vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster eine laute Anliegerstraße und das Wohnzimmer sehr nahe zur Durchgangsstraße. Die Fenster isolieren den Schall sehr gut, aber bei gekipptem Fenster doch sehr laut. Uns stört so etwas wenig, aber lärmempfindlichen Menschen keineswegs zu empfehlen. Aber die Sauberkeit und Hygiene lies mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Eine Hausmeisteragentur übernimmt die Endreinigung, die bei unseren Vormietern wohl nur darin bestanden hat, etwas Raumspray zu versprühen. Wir mussten erstmal gründlich reinigen, einige Schränke sogar auswaschen. Die Wohnung war weder gekehrt noch waren irgendwelche Oberflächen gereinigt und der Kühlschrank "lebte". Föhn defekt ebenso Licht an der Dunstabzugshaube und vor der Eingangstür. Hoffentlich nimmt der Vermieter eine andere Hausmeisteragentur. Wir gehen jedenfalls nicht mehr in diese Wohnung.
