Welcome to Zessin!

Our two houses are located directly at the nature reserve - about 100 meters from the lagoon - in an absolutely quiet location with a wide view over the water.

The apartment is located in one half of the house and has its own entrance. It was built and set up in compliance with building ecological principles.

The wooden box windows, the wooden floorboards, or the oak parquet in the rooms and the bricks in the veranda contribute to the cozy atmosphere just as much as the mixture of modern furnishings with antiques.

The approximately 7,000 square meter property is home to a small pond and many sunny places, so you will always find a quiet corner. But you can also watch the horses graze or do what is otherwise good for the soul.

Out of allergy sufferers pets unfortunately have to stay at home. We ask smokers to smoke outside.

The pleasant sea breeze, the air containing iodine and an exceptional number of hours of sunshine make Rügen particularly attractive - and Zessin is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday!

Entspannt im Nirgendwo

Funktionelle hochwertig gebaute FeWo, ich war mit meinen drei Kindern dort und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt, auch war es sehr ruhig im Umfeld. Fussläufig ist lediglich ein Naturpfad zu erreichen, im Auto allerdings mit kurzen Distanzen tolle Ziele im Nordwesten. Für herbstliche Zeit scheint drei bis vier Tage ideal

Schöne Lage

Ferienwohnung war super und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Schöne Landschaft. Wer Ruhe und Natur genießen möchte ist da richtig.

ruhige Lage, Wasserblick auf die Neuendorfer Wieck, wunderschönes Haus und Sauna

Unser Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen, weil einfach alles gepasst hat und unsere Vorstellungen noch übertroffen wurden. Der Ort ist sehr klein und ruhig und liegt quasi direkt in der Natur (Naturschutzgebiet, Wasserblick auf die Neuendorfer Wieck). Die Besitzer haben aus 2 alten Bauernhäusern, in einem von beiden war unsere Ferienwohnung über mehrere Etagen, einen sehr schönen und geschmackvollen Ort gemacht. Allein beim Eintreten in die Veranda hat es schon gefunkt. Schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man benötigt. Kleine Details wie ein kleines Sträuschen auf dem Tisch oder der selbst gemachte Honig vom Sohn runden alles ab. Absolutes Highlight ist die Sauna, ein umgebauter Zirkuswagen. Wahrscheinlich die schönste Sauna, in der wir bisher waren. Die Familie Balzer ist sehr herzlich und alles war unkompliziert. Schon während unserer Urlaubszeit wurden wir von Freunden und Familie um Kontakt gebeten, da die Urlaubsschnappschüsse auch andere haben neidisch werden lassen.

Schön gelegene Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit kleinen Abstrichen

Sehr ruhige Lage, idyllisch und inmitten wunderschöner Natur gelegen. Die Sonnenuntergänge mit Boddenblick waren toll. Schönes und gepflegtes Grundstück mit Terrasse, das wir aufgrund der kalten Jahreszeit leider nicht viel genutzt haben. Charaktervolles altes Haus, sehr schön modernisiert mit Blick für Details. Alles Notwendige in der Küche vorhanden. Lediglich das gemütliche Sitzen im Haus ist etwas schwierig. Ein schöner Sessel oder eine bequemere kleine Couch wären toll, gerade wenn es für die Terrasse zu kühl ist. Auch er Duschkopf sollte repariert werden. Handtücher waren nicht inbegriffen, was wir nicht wussten. Das Doppelbett ist an drei Seiten von Wänden begrenzt, was ein paar blaue Flecken kostet, wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist. Toll waren das gut gefüllte Bücherregal, die Spielesammlung und die Tipps für Ausflüge.

Ein wunderschöner und ruhiger Ort zum Erholen und Entspannen. Natur pur. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei aber absolut unaufdringlich.
