The apartment in Tyrolean country house style offers a cozy living room with dining table for 4 people, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer and two small bedrooms with double beds. Due to the slope, the bedrooms are located in the basement.
Throughout the apartment there is a floor heating, in the bathroom there is also a radiator.

In the living area, a comfortable couch (extendable as a double bed) with flat screen TV invites you to relax.

The small kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, hob, fridge / freezer and mini oven.

In the hall you will find the cloakroom, a wardrobe and storage facilities for your ski boots.

Very good holiday apartment

We loved our stay in this cosy apartment whose delightful owners have thoughtfully equipped. It’s a little out of the main village (though a nice walk/ quick drive or bus ride), close to the swimming pool & wellness centre. Perfect for holiday makers keen to make the most of the wonderful outdoor environment, winter & summer.

Wie beschrieben haben wir unsere Fereienwohung vorgefunden. Es war alles in bester Ordnung, sauber und die Lage war ruhig und doch sind wir schnell überall hingekommen. Herzlichen Dank an unsere sehr netten Vermieter, wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch sofort wieder hinfahren. Elmau und Umgebung bietet für jeden etwas, auch für spontane Alternativprogramm ist schnell etwas gefunden.

Ideal gelegen, prima ausgestattet und gemütlich

Wir (1 Erw., 3 Kinder) haben im Januar 5 schöne Tage in Ellmau beim Skifahren erlebt. In einer Sackgasse ganz ruhig gelegen befindet sich die gemütliche Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Sie bietet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem kombiniertem Eß-/Wohnbereich alles, was man für einen tollen Skiurlaub braucht. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben mit ihren Tips und Hilfen unseren Aufenthalt richtig gelingen lassen. Die Wohnung war dafür ideal gelegen (ca. 1km zur Gondelbahn, Supermarkt ca. 2km, schönes Hallenbad ca. 500m Luftlinie). Das Skigebiet ist erstklassig und bietet alles, was der Wintersportler sich wünscht. Einen ganz herzlichen Dank und viele Grüße ins schöne Tirol!
