About this property

We invite you to our home. In a tourist village called Orosei on the Sardinian island we have an apartment for rent. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms in the separate area. You can also relax on the spacious terrace, partly in the shade or on the lower terrace under the Sardinian sun. The house is 5 minutes by car to the next 20 km long beach - the Marina di Orosei. Many other beaches can be reached within 15-30 minutes by car. The heart of the village can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. Here you can look forward to numerous ice cream parlors, bars, cafes and restaurants as well as shopping opportunities in small local shops or even in modern shoe, clothing and jewelry shops. The entire village has retained the Italian charm and you experience relaxed and friendly Sardinians who are happy about tourists. We recommend this place to people of all ages, especially families with children or couples looking for relaxation. Young adults will enjoy this place if they don't like crowded beaches and want to sip cocktails in the evening.

Villetta in Orosei

La proprietaria Christina ci ha accolto con grande affabilità, disponibilità e serietà professionale. La villetta è davvero bella, accessoriata di tutte le necessità quotidiane, spaziosa in tutti gli ambienti, e in posizione strategica per avere silenzio e parcheggio privato ma vicinanza a piedi al centro. Per andare al mare occorre fare 3km in macchina, il parcheggio alla Marina di Orosei è gratuito, abbondante, acqua sempre cristallina ma subito profonda e sabbia granulosa. A poca distanza in macchina si trovano tantissime altre spiaggie di sabbia fine, calette da visitare con gite in gommone e oasi naturali. Super consigliato!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Klasse Ambiente!

Sehr netter Empfang, trotz Verspätung unsererseits wurde sich flexibel auf uns eingestellt und wir wurden perfekt organisiert, selbstverständlich deutschsprachig begrüßt und in alles wichtige eingewiesen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch während der Urlaubszeit immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden (Corona Test für die Ausreise.. wo liegt der beste Supermarkt) Besonders hervorzuheben wäre die Sauberkeit des Hauses, die Lage ist sehr schön und urig in der kleinen Straße. Als Tipp wäre hier ein Auto auf jedenfall empfehlenswert durch die weitläufigen Straßen. Alles in allem ein Urlaub in perfekter Unterkunft mit lieben Gastgebern. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
