The apartment is located in a purely residential area and is accordingly quiet. The roof beams of
Attic were obtained in the expansion and give the apartment a very special, cozy charm.

Schöner Kurztrip

Jan war total nett und hat uns herzlich aufgenommen. Die Kommunikation war total entspannt und sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Trip braucht. Ein paar Dinge wie z.B. Fenster sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber schon in Arbeit. Im einen Schlafzimmer sieht man auch noch das Fachwerk, was dem ganzen einen gewissen Charme gibt. Und nicht zu vergessen: Ein riesengroßes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine! Sehr schön auch für junge Familien.

Kieler Wochenende

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Mit dem Bus ist aber die Innenstadt schnell erreichbar. Wir haben zu viert ein langes Wochenende in Kiel verbracht. Die Wohnung war groß genug für uns und sah entsprechend der Fotos im Inserat aus. Ein Nachteil ist nur, dass die Wohnunng im 4 Stock liegt, deshalb nicht für Personen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet, da kein Aufzug vorhanden. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Kiel.
