About this property

Beautiful well-kept holiday home with a great panoramic view of Denia in a very nice quiet location, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has 2 bedrooms 1 living room and 1 dining room 1 small kitchen and a shower room. 2 large terraces with sufficient tables and chairs, a barbecue area and sun beds. The pool is 4 x 8 meters in size and for sole use. A large garage is also available. Internet connection is possible.

The house is about 100 km from the airport between Alicante and Valencia. Denia, a medium-sized old port city with an old castle ruin and a yacht and ferry port, with many restaurants, bars. Miles of sandy beach, but also a rocky beach with ideal diving opportunities .. Beautiful mountainous hinterland, ideal for hiking and cycling. 4 golf courses within a radius of 25 km. The Costa Blanca is rich in orange groves and vine growing olives and almond trees. The almond blossom in February / March is incomparable. Denia is famous for its diverse fiestas.

Unzumutbare Unterkunft

Dieses Objekt ist total abgewohnt das Inventar ist aus den Fünfziger Jahren, die Türgriffe an der Eingangstür sind hinabgebogen, fast alle Fenstergriffe vom Haus sind abgebrochen oder fehlen, sodass man kein Fenster ordentlich schließen kann. Der Abfluss verstopft sich dauernd, wir mussten fast täglich mit dem Stößel im WC stößeln. Im ganzen Haus ist der ekelige Feuchtigkeitsgeruch wahrzunehmen. Der Garten ist äußerst ungepflegt, wir mussten uns mit der Gartenschere einen Weg freischneiden damit wir rund ums Haus gehen konnten. Der Pool wurde kaum gepflegt, Der Pool- Roboter bläst den ganzen Dreck nach oben aus so daß das Wasser komplett trüb wird Im großen und Ganzen ein Alptraum. Ich verstehe nicht wie man so ein abgewohntes Objekt bei FeWo zulässt und werde daher auch nicht wieder bei FeWo buchen

Maison dans son jus

Maison ancienne conforme aux photos et dans son jus. Beaucoup de choses abîmées ou cassées (volet, parasol déchirés, literie a ressort grinçant sur planche de bois et très inconfortable, épuisette piscine déchirée…). Le ménage n’a pas été fait avant notre arrivée (poussière partout, vaisselle sale, excréments de souris dans les meubles de salle de bain, ventilateurs des chambres remplis de poussières…). Points positifs : jolie et grande piscine, climatisation présente dans le séjour et récente jolie vue sur la mer et la montagne. Cette maison mérite un bon rafraîchissement et de l’entretien.
