The holiday house is located in the beautiful village Wichmannsdorf near Kühlungsborn on the Baltic Sea. It was built in the 1950s and completely renovated in 2012.

The quiet location and beautiful landscape of the area offer pure relaxation. Due to the proximity to Kühlungsborn, Rostock, Wismar and Lübeck, there are also many activities offered.

The holiday house consists of two apartments and has 4 parking spaces directly in front of the front door. The apartment on the ground floor is about 75 square meters and is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The apartment has the following equipment:

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, tolle Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terasse und schönen Garten. Für Kinder sehr geeignet, es sind sogar viele Spielsachen vor Ort.

Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, konnten vom Alltag abschalten und hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche. Die Wohnung war komplett mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Der richtige Ort für Erholung

Wichmannsdorf ist ein sehr idyllischer, abgelegener Ort und doch nahe bei Kühlungsborn. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, auch die Terrasse lädt sehr zum entspannen ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wohnung super, Lage nicht so doll...

Sehr sauber, viel Platz. Küche mit allem ausgestattet. WLAN in Ordnung. Im Garten sitzt man wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Kein Schatten, außer von einem Sonnenschirm. Wichmannsdorf ist nur über einspurige Straßen (?) zu erreichen. Kopfsteinpflaster, Beton, Schotter... nicht schön, gerade auch für (ältere) Fahrradfahrer. Freitag/Samstag wurde dann beim Nachbargrundstück angefangen, die komplette Bepflanzung drumherum auszubaggern. Da waren wir froh, dass wir nach Hause fahren konnten.
