About this property

Our light-flooded apartment is located in a beautiful town house, right on the historic market square of Wismar. After we recently renovated the apartment, you can now enjoy the modern ambience to the fullest. We have put a lot of effort into setting it up so that you feel comfortable with us. We designed the individual rooms with great attention to detail. A large pool table and a soccer table invite you to socialize with friends. Many an exciting tournament has been fought here.
The exposure of the old wooden beams was particularly important to us. They fit wonderfully into the stylish and modern ambience.

On the small balcony, you can sit outside in the warm season and enjoy the fresh Baltic air.

Numerous restaurants and cozy cafes, which invite you to linger, are in the immediate vicinity. All shops, nice boutiques and interesting shops, where you can browse extensively, are within easy walking distance.

You can also walk to the bike shop, where you can rent bicycles (including e-bikes), through the beautiful streets of Wismar's old town.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles entsprach den Bildern und Angaben, die Lage des Objekts war toll und die Region wunderschön. Trotz Aufenthalts mit drei Jungs zwischen 9 und 16 und langer An- und Rückfahrt konnten wir sowohl Anregendes als auch Erholung finden. Genial ist natürlich der Billiardtisch, aber zB auch die Versorgung durch Geschäfte in der Nachbarschaft, allen voran Rossmann direkt gegenüber. Das werde ich echt vermissen.

Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist echt Klasse schön groß und schön gestalten. Der großteil des geschiers war nicht gespült ( Dreckig,Milchig ) Die Lage ist auch schön nur der Strand ist etwas weit entfernt und die Parkmöglichkeiten inerhalb der Altstadt sehr begrenzt

Beste Wohnung in bester Lage

Um die Altstadt von Wismar zu Fuss zu erkunden, ist die Lage fast direkt am Markt sehr gut. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr großzügig und dank Billard und Tischkicker auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr schön. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit in Wismar.

Schicke Wohnung - Stadtmitte ziemlich laut

Sehr schicke und große Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Alles war vorhanden. Perfekt eingerichtet. Vielleicht wären dunkle Vorhänge schön. Großes Problem ist der Straßenlärm.. Es fehlt ein Parkplatz. In Wismar bzw in der Nähe sind alle Parkplätze kostenpflichtig.
