Brand new and sunny house with balcony and roof terrace at 10 minutes walk from the main square of Sóller. The property to rent is located on the first floor of the building (only the private garage of the property below which is though not incuded) and it offers private parking on the grounds. There is hot and cold A / C in the living room and fans and electric heaters in the bedrooms. The well equipped kitchen and new bathroom with shower are inmaculate. Over a staircase from the livingroom the property connects to a great outdoor roof terrace, equipped with sun loungers and dining table plus 4 chairs. The south orientation guarantees sun all year around - even for winter bookings this is an atractive place to stay.

Lovely apartment close to Soller Town Centre

A really lovely apartment which was within walking distance of the beautiful town centre in Soller. Only slight downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms which in July is a must, but that said they did have free-standing fans which proved to be a decent alternative, if a little noisy. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there once again. David

Great location - about a 15 min walk to Soller. Modern apartment with a good kitchen. The best part was the terrace with amazing views

Beautiful place to stay

The property is even more beautiful than it looks on the pictures. The views are stunning and the property itself has everything you could need and is absolutely spotless. We would highly recommend. Pere and Marta were so helpful, they arranged our transport for us and answered any questions we had. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The property was spacious, bright and well appointed. It isn't far from town but far enough away to be in a quiet area. Our only criticism is that the kitchen was lacking in a few of the things a serious cook - which my husband is - would need.

Stunning property in an amazing location. The perfect "get away from it all" break!
