About this property

Feel comfortable in our holiday home.

The house is located on our hobby farm, of course on a separate property. Surrounded by meadows, fields, forests and a whole range of swimming and fishing lakes.
Relax on the terrace, go on excursions, plan fishing trips, bike rides or simply enjoy the tranquility.
All rooms are bright and friendly. You don't have to do without any modern comfort. The house has a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate terrace. Upstairs are the sleeping accommodations with a small integrated living area. Of course, a television and WiFi are included.
There are chickens, sheep, dogs and a kitten on our hobby farm.

Natur pur

Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und und gemütlich. Für Kinder sind die Tiere(Schafe,Hühner,Katze) interessant . Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren. Mobilfunk und WLAN sind allerdings schwach. Also wer darauf angewiesen ist kann ein Problem haben. Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss extra bezahlt werden , das stand so nicht in der Beschreibung. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Viel Ruhe und direkt in der Natur

Wir haben mit unserem 8 Monate altem Sohn die Unterkunft besucht, um einmal etwas anderes zu sehen als die eigenen 4 Wände. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt gut, der Vermieter selbst ist jederzeit bereit, zu helfen bzw. zu unterstützen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Im Erdgeschoss sind Fliesen verlegt, die etwas kühl waren - man sollte also (mit Kindern) darauf achten, noch eine Decke auf dem Boden zu haben. Beim Duschen muss man diszipliniert sein und sich beeilen, da das warme Wasser nicht in unbegrenztem Umfang verfügbar ist - ist aber kein Problem :) Alle, die aus irgendwelchen Gründen auf Internet angewiesen sind, werden hier erstmal auf ein Problem stoßen - es gibt nämlich quasi keins. Für dokumentenbasiertes arbeiten geht es, wer jedoch so wie ich ständig telefonieren muss bzw. in Teams Meetings sitzt, für den ist es nicht ausreichend. Hier hat der Vermieter jedoch angeboten, sich zum Arbeiten mit zu ihm ins Haus (dort ist der Router) zu setzen - bei mir war das dann nicht mehr nötig, da am Freitag nicht mehr viel los war. Wer plant, hier zu arbeiten, sollte sich auf jeden Fall vorher mit dem Vermieter absprechen, inwieweit es möglich ist, bej ihm mit im Haus zu sitzen um dort das Internet nutzen zu können. Es gibt einen Grill sowie eine Feuerschale. Für Tierfreunde findet man Hühner, Schafe und eine Katze. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn man wirklich mal abschalten will und seine Ruhe haben möchte.

Erholung pur

Wir waren 10 Tage in Kressin und werden nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sein. Das gepflegte Ferienhaus liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage und der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist sehr unkompliziert und sympathisch. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir sind zu dritt gereist. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, die Gegend sehr ruhig. Unsere kleine Tochter hat sich sehr gefreut, die Scharfe und die Hühner füttern zu können. Kressin ist optimal gelegen, um sowohl die Seenplatte als auch Schwerin und die Gegend in Richtung Ostsee zu erkunden.
