About this property

Adjacent to the nature reserve of Montgo is the 800 square meter plot with a beautiful ocean view and great panoramic views of Denia and the mountain Montgo. The beautiful villa with private pool of 10m x 4m (Roman. Stairs) and outside shower is surrounded by a well-kept garden, consisting of palm trees, aloe vera plants, oleanders and bushes. Directly behind the pool is a small separate and detached sauna area with whirlpool that invites you to relax. Enjoy the sun Denias on one of the 3 terraces and enjoy views of the sea and the city or of the Montgo.
The villa is stylishly rustic and has two double bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV, an open kitchen with dining area, bathroom / WC and exit to one of the three terraces. Of course every room is equipped with air conditioning.
A covered parking space is located on the enclosed property.

Muy buena experiencia

Todo perfecto! La casa nos ha encantado, muy bonita y cómoda. El trato con la propietaria excelente, siempre pendiente de si necesitábamos algo y muy respetuosa. Hemos estado muy a gusto, una experiencia estupenda!

Todo muy limpio! La dueña muy simpatica y amable. Privacidad cero. Alquile esta casa como una villa privada, pero vivi en un apartamento de villa con acceso privado a piscina, porque la dueña vive en apartamento en la planta baja. No se deberia anunciarse como una villa. Porque no se alquila como una villa, si no un apartamento de una casa compartida, anque las puertas de entrada a apartamentos son distintos.

Traumhafter Urlaub inn Denia

Wir sind ein Ehepaar im besten Alter mit zwei Teenagern. Von unserem Urlaub in Denia waren wir von Grund auf begeistert. Die Ruhe und Geborgenheit sowie die Lage haben uns einen wirklich entspannten Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß in unserem großen, sauberen Pool und abends konnten wir schön im Jacuzzi entspannen. Die Wohnung entspricht ziemlich genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern, mit der Wäsche sind wir mit Zora sehr gut klar gekommen. Zora war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns wo sie konnte unter die Arme gegriffen; schon ab dem ersten Kontakt. Liebe Zora, vielen Dank für die erholsamen zwei Wochen und die tollen Abende, liebste Grüße an dich und Adonis und wir hoffen, dass wir uns wiedersehen!

Besser geht nicht :)

Es war durch und durch ein wundervoller Urlaub, bei dem ALLES gestimmt hat! Zunächst kamen wir über eine Stunde zu spät am Haus an, was natürlich mehr als unangenehm ist. Wir hatte ein schlechtes Gewissen doch am Haus wurden wir sehr herzlich von Zora und Adonis in Empfang genommen, da hatte man direkt ein gutes Gefühl. :) Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zora stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite (ohne sie wären wir vermutlich schon in der ersten Nacht von den Stechmücken ausgesaugt worden :-D ). Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool gereinigt, so hatten wir stets sauberes Wasser zum Schwimmen, was ja nicht selbstverständlich ist. Dabei achtet Zora übrigens sehr genau darauf, die Gäste und deren Privatsphäre nicht zu stören. Unter anderem durch die geschickte Aufteilung des Hauses merkt man als Gast nicht, dass die Vermieterin mit im Haus wohnt. Sie hält sich im unteren Bereich des Hauses auf, welcher einen separaten Eingang hat, während die Gäste den oberen Bereich des Hauses, samt Pool und Terrassen nutzen. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem "i" ist der charmante Hund Adonis. So ein lieber, verschmuster und hübscher Kerl - er hat uns den Urlaub versüßt :). Jederzeit würden wir diese Villa wieder bewohnen, wir wurden durchweg herzlich und sehr freundlich behandelt. Danke für die schöne Zeit bei und mit Euch, ihr seid tolle Gastgeber !

Belle maison mais

La maison de Zora est très agréable et elle est une hôte très sympathique. Son chien très gentil est très présent. Il faut aussi préciser que beaucoup des équipements mentionnés (Clim, jacuzzi, sauna) sont payants. De même il faut aussi prévoir un forfait ménage obligatoire de 80 euros (!!).
