About this property

Spacious (110 m2) three bedroom (1 double, 4 single beds), two bathroom apartment with air conditioning / heating, 55" Smart-TV, 55 English and some Spanish TV, Sonos Surrond System, Channels 600M-Bit Internet connection + WiFi, balcony in popular Puerto Marina complex. Close to the pedestrian zone (about 5 minutes walk) with shopping, dozens of bars and restaurants in the heart of the city.

The beach of Mar Menor with the beach promenade, the bars and restaurants can be reached in about 8-10 minutes on foot. In about 20 minutes by car you are on the Mediterranean with beautiful sandy beaches.

You prefer the pool? Then use the 3 pools with children's area, which belong to the area. Take our portable sun loungers and relax yourself.

In the apartment you will find a well equipped kitchen incl. Washing machine, an en-suite bathroom with shower to the bedroom, as well as a complete family bathroom with bathtub along with a well-presented living and dining area. You have access to our Wifi in the apartment. You can use our Sonos Play:1 network speaker to hear your favorite local radio channel or connect your music streaming provider and enjoy your own favorite music.

The aircon is handled about a separate power counter. Included in the weekly fee is a 10€ card. No Problem if you need more, you can get as many as you want from my local contact.

Murcia airport at Covera is only 50km away. All essential facilities are within walking distance. A Taxi transfer can be arranged. Parking is outside of the building for free or you use the community garage with the private parking place.

Other leisure activities are available nearby:
Golf, go-karts, various water sports activities incl. Kite surfing. Also, the area is very popular with cyclists.

By car, you can also go on a discovery trip and explore the beautiful beaches of Mar Menor and La Manga and cities of Cartagena, Alicante, Murcia.

Lovely apartment

Overall very nice. A few things need updating in the future i would suggest like shower door and sunloungers otherwise no problems

Home from Home

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Randolf’s beautiful apartment in Los Alcazares. The apartment was spacious and clean and perfectly suited our party of 6 guests. Christine was a lovely host who was on hand to answer any questions and promptly reminded some minor queries. Everyone throughly enjoyed the stay and we would love to return. The living space, bedrooms and kitchen are lovely and the balcony provided lovely sunrises and afternoon shade. The only issue that needs attention is the sunbeds which need replacing as 2 were broken and the rest were worn only leaving 3 available to use. Other than that, we would not hesitate to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our Stay in LA

We stayed for the Month of October 2022 in the “Rhubarb & Custard Apartments” - AKA PuertoMarina Apartments in L.A The 3 Bedroom + Living Room + Dining Room + 2 Bathrooms & Outside Dining Area was Suprisingly Larger than Expected & Was Very Good Value for Money! The Fact that it Overlooked 2 of the 3 Large Pools was another Winner! As Arnie said “We’ll be Back!”

Nice apartment

Good stay, nice apartment plenty space and clean. Would benefit oven, mirrors in the bedrooms, better quality beds and shower head. Only a few things short of being spectacular.

We, my wife, our 3 kids and myself stayed in 2016 our summer holiday at Puerto Marina. We really enjoyed the the area very much. So we decided to buy an apartment and to rent it when we are not in Los Alcazares.
