Maximum occupancy: 6 persons. (Dogs, cats and parrots are allowed).
Two bedrooms, one with a marriage bed and the other with a queen bed (140x200); a small kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with 3 freezer drawers.
A living room with a round table, a furniture cabinet, a TV, a sofa with sleeping facilities (bed: 140x200), and two small armchairs; Bathroom with shower and bidet, totally redone in 2019.
A spacious panoramic terrace with 2 tables, several chairs and 3 awnings; a private parking space in the yard. Entrance to the free beach by the communal garden.

From the west terrace you can enjoy the magnificent views of the island of Elba and the promontory of Populonia. The city center is easily reached on foot.

Ottima posizione ma troppo piccola

La posizione e' ottimale soprattutto in caso di bambini molto piccoli. La casa si presenta abbastanza bene, ma lo spazio e' molto ridotto e non e' idonea per piu' di 3 persone. Molto scomodi i fornelli ad induzione in quanto accendendone 2 contemporaneamente, salta continuamente la corrente obbligando a staccare il boiler per l'acqua calda sito in bagno. Molto apprezzata la vista straordinaria dal balcone e la cortesia dei proprietari.
