Holiday house "Teetied31" in Esens
In the beautiful old town of Esen you will find this comfortable holiday home "Teetied31" with approx. The bright and friendly designed rooms were completely refurbished in early 2017 with high quality inventory such as B. Fitted kitchen, 1.80 m box spring bed (large bedroom), double loft bed (small bedroom), Siemens washer dryer, 49 inch Curve HD TV cable TV, multimedia, Netflix, Amazon ... there is also free WiFi, a terrace with a grill and a garage for your car!

In front of the house there are several parking spaces directly on the access road, you can store your bicycles in the garage.

The attractive location is ideal for long walks, bike tours and voyages of discovery in the unique nature of East Frisia. So you can actively experience your holiday on the North Sea and benefit optimally from the attractive climate of the North Sea.

By car you can reach the beach in 5 minutes, by bike in about 15 minutes.
Do you want a generous breakfast? No problem: you will find some excellent locations within a radius of approx. 300-500m.

Nur das Wetter war zu bemängeln

Die gesamte Abwicklung (checkin/out) war völlig unkompliziert. Die Vermieter waren erreichbar, ansprechbar und freundlich. Die FeWo war sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage nahe dem Zentrum ist ideal. Die bekannten Supermärkte/Discounter sind gut erreichbar (teils auch fußläufig). Einzig für das Wetter im Zeitraum 14.12. 23 bis 11.01.24 wird noch nach einer Klagemauer gesucht. Ansonsten auch gerne wieder.

Es war eine tolle Woche in Esens! Esens selbst ist wunderschön und auch das Ferienhaus war mehr als angenehm!

Urlaubsfeeling von Anfang an

Die Wohnung ist in allen Räumen praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, von Müslischalen bis hin zum Milchaufschäumer, von Teekannen- und -service bis Kaffee- und Senseomaschine. Gewürze waren gut sortiert vorhanden. Fahrräder konnten in der Garage geparkt werden. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben - und ein netter Vermieter!

Alles was das Herz begehrt ❤️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Esens. Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hilfreich ist die Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist. Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Im Umkreis ist vieles fußläufig zu erreichen (Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bäcker, Restaurants sowie die süße Innenstadt). Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig gegenüber eines Friedhofs gelegen. Bensersiel mit Strand und Hafen ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Von dort kann man auch mit der Fähre nach Langeoog übersetzen. Diverse weitere Ausflugsziele sind ebenfalls in naher Umgebung zu erreichen (insbesondere für Kinder). Der Gastgeber ist stets persönlich oder per WhatsApp erreichbar gewesen und zudem sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage

Die Einrichtung war modern, das Haus sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Innenstadt von Esens fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Einziges Manko war das viel zu weiche Boxspringbett.
