Apartment with wonderful lake view, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 3 - 4 people, (a 4th Person could spend the night on a sofa bed or an extra bed), 1x beautiful bathroom with shower and sink and 1x guest toilet.

The quiet, comfortable and fully equipped lake apartment can accommodate up to max. four people with a wonderful view of Lake Ossiach. (Additional people on request)
The modern and cozy apartment is located in a house with a total of 4 apartments and has a large bedroom + TV, a large living room + TV, an additional bedroom with a single bed, a modern kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.) and a bathroom with shower. Two beautiful large terraces complete the ambience.

From the living room you can see the Ossiacher See and the mountains.
From the bedroom you have a view of the Gerlitzen Alm.
A washer and dryer are also available.

Tolle Lage am See

Alles super, wenn das Schlafzimmer zum See raus wäre, gäbe es 5 Sterne! Bei offenen Fenster ist die Bahnlinie und die Straße leider störend!

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer Super Wohnung. Alles vorhanden und ein wahnsinnig toller Ausblick. Vielen Dank es war klasse.

Eine Wohnung mit Höhen und Tiefen

Die Wohnung war ok, die Lage sehr sehr schön, was den Blick auf den See anbelangt. Grosser Wertmutstropfen war die Lage direkt an einer Bahnlinie (höchstens 10 Meter vor dem Schlafzimmer) Tagsüber, aber auch nachts donnerten die Züge - auch Güterzüge - an dem Wohnhaus vorbei. Nicht zu erwähnen, was die Ossiacher Str. anbelangt, die auch direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer lag. Wir verstehen nicht, wieso das noch kein einziges Mal bei der Bewertung der Wohnung erwähnt wurde. Wie gesagt die Wohnung ist ok, bei uns war sie leider nicht ganz sauber (Fussboden), die Küche bot alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt, leider müsste auch der Kühlschrank nachjustiert werden, er schloss nicht richtig. Wegen der Lautstärke der Züge und der Autos werden können wir diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen - wegen der tollen Aussicht auf den See schon. Sorry, lieber Vermieter

Sehr Schöne Wohnung. Tolle Lage.

Wir waren Ende August bis Anfang September 2023 in dem Apartment. Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, sehr schön gelegen und wird von Walter super betreut. Jederzeit wieder!

Urlaub an einem wunderbaren Platz

Wir hatten die vorangehenden Bewertungen gelesen und uns aufgrund derer für die Wohnung entschieden. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, komfortabel eingerichtet und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Zu jeder Tageszeit findet man auf dem Balkon, welchen wir mit Vorliebe genutzt haben, ein Sonnenplätzchen. Walter, der Hausmeister, war super hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein nettes Wort auf den Lippen. Es gab einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, einen privaten Badesteg und rund um Annenheim eine Menge zu entdecken. Wir hatten Urlaub an einem wunderbaren Platz und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
