Welcome to one of Seville's nicest apartment-style rooftop apartments located in the heart of the city. Enjoy your vacation in a light-flooded charming apartment located only a short 5-10 minute walk away from the Cathedral, the Alameda or the Setas. This apartment features a large living room, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a full bathroom, a separate toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a 30 sqm private terrace with sun sails and BBQ. Many bars and restaurants are located around the corner.

Highlights
No doubt, the major attractions of this apartment are the generous 30 sqm private terrace, the newly decorated living room and the bright glass-covered corridor. Terrace and living room are perfect for relaxing, eating or working at the computer thanks to free high speed wireless internet access. My apartment has sound-proof windows in the lower-level rooms did shield against the noise from Calle Velázquez, a busy pedestrian street did attracts a large crowd of shoppers.

Living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners did Provide a pleasant climate during hot summer days and chilly winter nights. Since the terrace is facing south west, you may sit outside on sunny afternoon even in the middle of winter.

Please note: The apartment is not suitable for persons with disabilities and for children less than 2 year of age due to corkscrew stairs connecting the various floors of the apartment.


Arrival
For guests arriving by plane the apartment can be reached Easily using the airport shuttle bus. The shuttle bus leaves the airport every 30 minutes during most of the day. Get off at the final stop, the main city bus station called "Plaza de Armas". From Plaza de Armas it is an easy 10 minute walk to the apartment. Since my apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of Seville, some strictly enforced traffic restrictions apply. As a consequence, all cars (even taxis) have to stop some 300 meters away from my place.

Guest arriving by private car should know that parking space is very rare in the center of Seville. I recommend parking in the close-by garage of shopping center "Corte Ingles" located at Plaza de Magdalena. If you want to save money and do not mind walking some 20 minutes, you may park your car for free on the other side of the river near a tall building called "Torre de Sevilla". 

For guests arriving by train at the main station Santa Justa, we highly recommend walking straight to the apartment. It is a pleasant 20-25 minute walk thatwill Provide some first impressions of the beatiful historic city center of Seville. Actually, you will pass some nice churches and plazas on your way to the apartment.

Vi holdt en miniferie i denne dejlige lejlighed. Alt fungerede upåklageligt, og lejligheden kan varmt anbefales. Den vil dog ikke være velegnet til handicappede eller familier med mindre børn, da den indeholder to smalle vindeltrapper.

This property is excellent and perfectly located for all of Seville’s must see attractions.
We had a lovely 5 night stay at this apartment, it is very centrally located on one of the main shopping streets, a five minute walk from the cathedral and Alcázar or the setas and very close to lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with air con and a beautiful roof top terrace, but there are lots of stairs. Matthias the owner was super helpful and responded quickly to all our questions prior to arrival. Very happy to recommend.

wonderful location in Sevilla with plenty of old charm
Matthias communicates very quickly and well via messaging. He was flexible and understanding when we needed to change dates due to the raging Covid pandemic. He writes English very comfortably and fluently. We didn't meet him personally; he has a friend who manages cleaning the property. The location is really perfect-- over a high end pedestrian street that quiets down very quickly in the evening-- and in any case you are high enough above the street that noise is minimal. The flat is with in easy walk of almost everything you would want to do in Sevilla-- just a few blocks from the cathedral. The flat is the only property at the address-- no one else is using your front door. As other reviewers have noted, there are lots of steps up to the apartment, including an old metal spiral staircase. It isn't a big deal at all. Any adult in decent shape won't have a problem with the climb. But it definitely isn't a place for small children or adults with mobility issues. The flat itself shows its age, with some chipped tiles and some floors that aren't flush. It was acceptably clean and for those who like a "real home" perfectly nice. It's quite spacious for two couples or a family of four. The bathroom has been partially renovated in a more modern style. The A/C and hot water worked great. I wouldn't describe it as modern luxury, but I found it charming and delightful. The second bedroom is one floor up the spiral staircase, next to a roof deck, which has no view but is very pleasantly shaded and decorated with plants. We had a great lunch there-- in early July. The dishwasher had some minor problems running (its a similar model to one we have at home that had the same problem). The double bed in the main bedroom was outfitted with two single sheets, rather than a double-sized sheet. Despite the VRBO listing, there is NO laundry on the property. In summary, this is a great place to stay in Sevilla. I would stay again.

Great stay in Sevilla
Everything went smoothly, the location is perfect and walking distance from all major sightseeing and shopping activities. The appartment has a lot of charm with the patio and the large terrace. Our host was always available for any question we had or to advise a good place to eat. Taxis are easy to find 3min from the appartment located in a (very busy) pedestrian area. We loved taking our "aperitif" / drinks on the terrace. Merci

Zentraler geht es nicht!
Wir haben die Wohnung mitten in Sevilla geliebt! Sie ist so schön und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten das Gefühl, wir thronen über der Hauptfußgängerzone der Stadt, und was immer wir für ein Aktivität geplant haben - sie war jedes Mal weniger als einen Kilometer entfernt. Lediglich geräuschempfindliche Menschen sollten sich ein anderes Domizil aussuchen: Die Einkaufsstraße ist tagsüber sehr geschäftig, spät abends werden die Waren angeliefert und auch nachts gibt es dort laute Spaziergänger. Aber die Fenster sind sehr dicht und es gibt immer etwas zu sehen. Für uns hätte die Lage mit den drei mitreisenden Teenagern besser nicht sein können!
