Geräumiges Haus mit schönem Pool in Strandnähe

Wir hatten entspannte Tage bei einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Das Haus liegt zentral in Strand- und Restaurantnähe. Wir kommen gern wieder!

traumhafte Finca in Stadt- und Strandnähe

Die Finca ist wunderschön, sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossen. Es waren ca. 200 m zum Strand und dort begann auch die Promenade von Cala Ratjada. Es war ist ein großer Supermarkt in der Nähe, dort kann man sich den Orangensaft frisch pressen. Es waren viele nützliche Utensilien von den Vormietern vor: Tempos, Eiswürfel, Kaffeefilter, Kaffee, Gewürze, ... Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns prima erholt. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage, war es relativ laut, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Traumhafte Familienauszeit!

Wir waren für 4 Wochen zu Gast und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Hausherr hat sich jede Woche perfekt um den Pool und den Garten gekümmert, auch gereinigt wurde bei unserer langen Zeit. Die Lage ist ideal, wer gern die Nähe zum Strand sucht. Auch Supermarkt und DM sind direkt fußläuig um die Ecke, so dass wir gar kein Auto brauchten zum Einkaufen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt vergeben wir, weil wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage hat, das war aber nur im Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer so. Die anderen beiden Zimmer hatten leider keine. Das finde ich schade. Aber auch nicht so tragisch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!!
