About this property

We rent our unique, beautiful old historic rectory with 320m² of living space and 3,300 m² of beautifully landscaped grounds and a farm garden. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries.
In winter you can try out the numerous winter sports activities in the Pfaffenwinkel or use the first large ski areas after a 20-minute drive.
In summer you can enjoy the huge garden to relax, for romantic family celebrations or to play with your children and friends.
Beautiful hiking trails lead directly from the front door, e.g. B. to the chapel of the Weichberg (approx. 1 hour) or to Burggen, perhaps also straight to the Lech high-level hiking trail. The wonderful hilly pre-alpine region is equally suitable for hiking, cycling and motorcycle excursions.

Spacious and light property which has been renovated to a high standard overall.

As a party of 8 we were very comfortable in this lovely house. Fabulous modern kitchen with everything you could think of and a large dining room with plenty of space to eat outside too. Bedrooms fantastic, perhaps there are plans to enlarge the bathrooms/wcs as these were limited but still provided 2 wcs and 2 showers between 3 locations. No lounge, although there was some fixed seating in the dining room. Would miss comfortable chairs and sofas if we had not been there during summer. Again, I suspect there will be plans to continue to develop this house. Super quiet village, not too far to supermarket by car. Perfect base for family gathering such as ours.

Perfekte Familienfeier

Wir haben nun schon zum zweiten Mal diesen wunderschönen Ort für eine Familienzusammenkunft genutzt und waren wieder in höchstem Maße zufrieden. Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man sich vorstellen kann. Liebevolle Details wie ein Willkommensstrauß und -kuchen. Herrlicher Garten, sehr herzliche Gastgeber, was will man mehr. Vielen Dank für dieses Kleinod!

tolle Wahl für ein get together

Wir haben im Kreis der Familie hier einen runden Geburtstag nachgefeiert und es war ein rundum schönes Erlebnis. Viel Platz und eine tolle Ausstattung in einem wunderschönem historischem Haus mit großem Garten.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten im Grünen gelegen. Das dritte Badezimmer wird nur für größere Gruppen geöffnet, das war uns vorher nicht bewusst. Es war aber trotzdem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
