Detached house with terrace of wood and beautiful garden up to 6 people.

Only 150 meters from Tram and Bus Station (Horstweg / Waldstrasse; A Train leaves every 7 Minutes all day).

Perfect for families, couples or groups!

The "Old Town" of Potsdam and Babelsberg can be reached by Tram in a few minutes and without changing the Tram.

Federal Police Headquarter only a 5-minute walk away.

The 60 square meters holiday house "Garden View" is located next to a residential house on a 1400 square meters private plot near the Central Station. The location is quiet and central. The huge 800 m2 large garden with fruit trees offers enough space to relax and play facilities for children (tree house and trampoline). Grill and Loungers on the terrace. No use of the garden.

The holiday house is in a very good condition and offers modern furnishings. It has a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and a dining area.

The modern bathroom is located next to the house floor and is independently accessible from both rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a sleeping sofa as well as a working set.

From the beautiful living room, which has a second sofa bed, you can reach a spacious terrace of wood, which connects the house to the cozy large garden. The house has a parking lot.

The holiday home is located close to the center but still in the nature. 150 meters from Tram and Bus Station and 100 meters from the forest. The forest invites for long walks and hikes or sport in the nature.

In a few minutes you can reach several shopping facilities within walking distance. Lidl, Rewe, petrol stations, McDonald's are reachable in only 5 minutes. Pharmacy and post office are very close. Bicycle rental is available at Central Station.

The public transport to Berlin City is excellent (by regional express about 20 minutes, by S-Bahn about 1/2 hour). Especially after a sightseeing tour or trip in Berlin, the wonderful garden of the holiday house invites you to relax.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf leider verwahrlosten garten

Das Haus war gut für 2 Personen geeignet und liegt strategisch günstig für Besuche in Potsdam und Berlin. Leider war der gartenblick nicht schön, der Garten ( von einem anderen Mieter) auf den man schaut ist verwahrlost und sehr ungepflegt. Er gehört jedoch zu einer anderen vermieteten Wohneinheit auf dem Grundstück, begehbar ist er von der Ferienwohnung aus nicht. Der versprochene Ofen in der Küche ist eine ganz normale Mikrowelle ohne Backofenfunktion, leider als Ersatz für einen Ofen nicht nutzbar. In der Küche sind ausreichend Gewürze, Tücher, und Handtücher vorhanden, auch Badartikel waren ausreichend da z.B. Fön und Toilettenpapier. insgesamt empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung und vielleicht wird der Garten ja auch demnächst wieder besser aussehen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Insgesamt sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Terrasse, im Grünen gelegen. Umzu bzw. gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Reataurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Natur für Spaziergänge.
