One of the most beautiful villas in the Oceânica region, with 650m2 constructed area and stunning panoramic views of the sea, Sugarloaf Mountain and Copacabana.

There are 4 complete suites, 2 of them with whirlpool. In the house you will find a modern kitchen with all the appliances you need, dishes and other useful inventory. On a huge living space of 145m2 you will find inviting sofas and launches with a panoramic view of the sea and a large dining area for you and your guests. A home theater with a large flat screen with cable TV and a guest toilet complete the space on the ground floor.

The sleeping area on the upper floor, which offers an open gallery view of the living area below, can be reached via an impressive staircase.
The first two suites "Mountain View" are each 35m2 large, have their own bathroom, a walk-in closet, a queen-size bed, WiFi, AC and one of them a TV. The bed is completely covered, there are also shower and bath towels ready.

The third suite "Ocean View" is 35m2, has a private bathroom with a whirlpool for two people, a walk-in closet with safe, a queen-size bed, WiFi, AC and TV. The bed is completely covered, there are also shower and bath towels ready. The room offers a spectacular view of the sea and a lake.

The master suite offers on 68m2 next to a king-size bed, WiFi and AC a luxurious Jacuzzi with shower, small waterfall, chromotherapy and built-in heating for two people with direct views of the sea. The walk-in closet contains countless trays and drawers as well as a safe. The exquisite bathroom is fitted with marble and, in addition to double sinks, also has a huge shower with double armatures for two people. The bedroom offers an unparalleled panoramic view of the ocean, the Copacabana, the Sugarloaf Mountain and the Christ Statue.

The sundeck and the veranda invite you to enjoy a wide range of activities. A launch area in the shade to stay, sun loungers for sunbathing, tables and chairs for the snack in between, a bar, a large barbecue, a full kitchen with all accessories, an outdoor shower, changing room, bathroom, sauna with private shower and an infinity pool (52m2) with LED lighting, as well as a floodlit waterfall and stunning views of the sea and Rio de Janeiro.

In the closed property can be parked up to 8 cars.

If you want to experience the real brazil this house is great. Although off the fast pace of rio u can still enjoy beach and small stores just down the hill with local restaurants and small groceries stands

Amazing!!

I just want to say that my stay here was beyond amazing! The house is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! The host were awesome as well! Thank you all for being great guides and host! I recommend anyone coming to Rio, should stay here! It’s close to beaches local restaurants and again the house is beyond peaceful!

Linda casa com ótimo atendimento

Pontos positivos: A casa é linda, muito bem decorada, com uma vista maravilhosa. O atendimento do Joelson foi ótimo, sendo muito prestativo para atender tudo que foi solicitado De terça a quinta o lugar é muito tranquilo. Pontos negativos: Vizinhança muito barulhenta na sexta e sábado e o preço apresentado inicialmente no site não foi o final (culpa minha que não observou taxas de 30% de taxas sobre o preço apresentado). Além disso a cobrança veio em euros, ou seja, tive que pagar IOF. ou seja, no fim paguei quase 40% a mais que o valor apresentado pelo Airbnb

Simplesmente fantástico! Sem dúvida o melhor lugar que já me hospedei, com o melhor atendimento.

Acreditem! Não conhecia estas pessoas e muito menos esta casa (Mansão), de forma alguma daria um depoimento que faltasse com a verdade. Conheço alguns países e centenas de hotéis, mas de fato esta foi a melhor hospedagem que já tive em minha vida. Há muito tempo não me deparava com anfitriões tão honestos, tão atenciosos, simpáticos e eficientes. O atendimento que recebemos foi diferenciado, eu e minha família nos sentimos literalmente em casa, tivemos momentos que chegamos a esquecer que aquela Mansão era alugada. Não levamos nada, a não ser roupas. Encontramos tudo na casa que precisávamos, desde copos, talheres e panelas, até belas toalhas e cheirosas roupas de cama, detalhe, tudo de boa marca, dormimos com roupa de cama MMARTAN e estava tudo tão limpo que a sensação era a mesma de dormir em casa. As fotos são reais, atualizadas, a casa se encontra exatamente como nas imagens, na verdade acho que a casa é ainda mais bonita e confortável do que o apresentado nas imagens. A segurança do local é grande, não se preocupem. O bairro também é ótimo, além de uma Praia que vc pode acessar com 2 minutos de caminhada, você ainda fica bem próximo de supermercados, farmácias, postos de gasolina e ônibus se necessário for. Em nosso caso acabamos andando de Uber, que por sinal chegaram em 3 ou 4 minutos. Tivemos também a piscina limpa o tempo todo, grama cortada e até dois lindos cachorrinhos, que ficavam em uma belo canil, mas que em nosso caso preferimos soltá-lo para que as crianças pudessem brincar com os animais. Todos os dois cachorrinhos muito dóceis, alegres e educados, não entram dentro de casa nem mesmo com a porta aberta. Mas se preferirem, podem manté-los no grande canil que nem mesmo os latidos irão incomodar. Fora tudo isto, ainda tive um acontecimento que me deixou ainda mais feliz com este lugar. Minha filha esqueceu algumas pulseiras que teria um enorme valor sentimental, e poucos dias depois fui contactado pelos anfitriões da casa dizendo que estavam me enviando as pulseiras pelos correios. Esta prova de honestidade foi o melhor para fecharmos com chave de ouro. Gostei tanto que já estou programando nova viagem e sem duvida este será o meu próximo local e destino.
