About this property

Only 1000m from the 20km long beach that stretches from Roses to L'Escala, you will find my beautiful loft right on the canal of Santa Margarida. You have a large south facing sun terrace of 50 m2 right on the water. The house has been completely renovated in 2016 with new kitchen, bathroom and toilet. On the first floor you will find the bathroom and the bedroom. In the kitchen has a cozy dining area, which is only 1.5m from the water, with television space. A travel cot could be provided by arrangement. On the terrace you will find a comfort outdoor shower for refreshment while sunbathing. On request, you can also rent a driver's license-free motorboat with 15hp to go in the channels a little on a journey of discovery. You can fish right outside the front door. You have surf booths and other boat rentals nearby. Diving centers invite to wonderful excursions. In 100m distance you will find a supermarket. Similarly, in the port of Santa Margarida, boats will take you to other places and beaches.
