Modern and comfortably furnished apartment on the first floor of a two-storey holiday home with lift, private parking space and free Wi-Fi up to 50 Mbit / s.

The beautiful south beach / beach can be reached in just 2-3 minutes!

You can expect a completely modernized in December 2016 and newly furnished accommodation.

A kitchen (no spices / ingredients) for everyday use, a wide double bed (180x200cm) with two 90x200 cm mattresses, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with internet connection and a beautifully designed bathroom with large shower make a pleasant stay.

Rent the swimming paradise FehMare, kiting, windsurfing, stand up paddle or motor boats, everything is in the immediate vicinity. The same applies to various restaurants, bars, cafes or a bakery.

Non smoking apartment & animal free zone.

Bed linen and bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are to be brought by the guest. If required, our service partner on site can offer you various laundry packages between 8.00 and 15.00 Euro.

I am available daily for my guests and answer promptly all questions asked, including WhatsApp.

The keys can be picked up easily on the only about 150m from the apartment away office of our service partner.

Clean, modern apartment ideal location

We spent 4 nights in this apartment visiting friends who live on the island. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything you wanted, including your own numbered parking place. The arrangements for collection of the keys were simple and close by. The apartment is close to the beach and the marina with a very nice restaurant. Bike hire is available for the energetic. Would recommend.
