About this property

On the altogether 225qm private property, in the midst of the affectionately designed outside area with small pool (3,5m / 1,20m) lying area and large, roofed terrace, is the approximately 80qm large, ground-level residential building. With salon incl. Dining area and fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed (extra bed available) and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 or 2 single beds (baby cot extra) and 2. Bathroom. The comfortable equipment includes u. a. Sat. TV HDI with all German programs, WIFI, Wasch- u. Dishwasher, induction hob and oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster ect.
The rental price includes all utilities, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, hand-bath u. Beach towels ect.
Plus final cleaning 80 € plus 20 € service charge (payable locally), long term rental on request
WATCH OUT:
Children under 6 are FREE and are not considered a person when booking!
Of course you have to be registered after booking with the landlord.

Location:
The newly created sandy beach Playa Ajabo (about 300m distance) is quietly located on the coast of Callao Salvaje. Here you can spend a relaxing day on the beach and leave the worries behind.
The dark sand beach is bordered on one side by a high rock face and on the other side by a hotel. On a wall path you can walk out to the sea. If you are looking for peace and relaxation is right here - no matter what age. This beach is also good for families as the beach slopes gently into the water. Sun loungers and umbrellas make for a comfortable beach day.

Sanitary facilities, such as toilets and showers are available. Also sun loungers and umbrellas are offered here. A lifeguard will take care of your safety on the beach.
The beach Playa Ajabo falls flat into the water. Due to the protected location, there are hardly any waves and wind, which is why the beach is also well suited for children.
As there is hardly any wind and thus no waves on the beach, this is not suitable for water sports.
Right on the beach is the restaurant Zanzibar Ajabo. Here you can eat dishes with meat and also with freshly caught fish. The dishes are prepared "live" in front of your eyes - a unique experience!

The place Callao Salvaje

Callao Salvaje is located between Costa Adeje and the resort of Playa Paraiso in the municipality of Adeje. On this coast, the sun shines on average over 340 days per year. The place Callao Salvaje with gentle tourism and beautiful residential area is a lot quieter than z. Example Playa Las Americas and offers you shopping, z. B. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, banks, a pharmacy and much more. But also very good restaurants and typical Canarian bars as well as an ice cream café and a pastry shop can be found there. At the entrance there is a sports center with tennis courts.

Wonderful host/ great location

We had the best holidays staying at this house. Its location was perfect for going to various places we wanted to go. We went to Abama beach, Playa del Duque, Siam park etc and they were all very easy short drive. Also in short walking distance you can visit nearby sea for beautiful sunset view and plenty of places to eat. The supermarket nearby was very handy too. The host was amazing. The host was very communicative and kind. There were so many useful things that we could use and life there was so easy. The house had a plenty of space for 4 of us. We loved eating at the garden everyday too. Thanks you so much for hosting us!

Lovely apartment in a very peaceful location.

Great place to stay lovely location quiet but still plenty of places to walk to for food and drinks.. Sabrina was so helpful with check in and check out and made us feel so welcome.. The only down side was we didn't stay longer and 3 days there.

A lovely place to stay

A perfect spot for a break, everything you need is provided and the hostess is a lovely lady who couldn't do enough to ensure that our stay went well. Very handy location just a short walk from the main area, but quiet enough to relax with no disturbances. Definitely a place that we would use again.

La maison est idéalement située au Sud de l'île, proche des commerces et de la plage et dans un lotissement très calme. L'intérieur est joliment décoré et l'extérieur pratique pour les repas et les apéros. Sabine et Pedro sont des hôtes vraiment charmants qui mettent tout en œuvre pour que les vacanciers ne manquent de rien et se sentent bien dans leur location (à noter les présents de bienvenus et le nécessaire de salle de bain, entre autres...). Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et nous recommandons cette location sans aucune réserve.
