About this property

The house is located in Puerto de la Cruz approx. 180 m above sea level in a quiet residential area in a small avenue that can only be walked on.
The terrace invites you to sunbathe and offers enough space to lie down or have breakfast and is protected from the wind with a glass wall, an awning offers a shady spot in strong sunshine.
The small garden area (lawn) can also be used for sunbathing.
The plot of the single house is framed with a typical Spanish balustrade.

The cozy living room with open kitchen has an attached winter garden, which is used as a dining room. The kitchen was completely renewed in 2016 and is equipped with an electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, comfortable fridge with freezer, and dishwasher.

The living room is flooded with light with a view towards the Atlantic. The large flat screen (German television program), TUNER, CD AND DVD leave nothing to be desired, as well as Internet and free WiFi.
You can also use the comfortable couch as a sofa bed. The spacious bedroom offers enough storage space, the window is equipped with insect protection. The double bed (180X200) offers restful sleep on good pocket spring mattresses. The living room, bedroom and kitchen area are equipped with wooden design floors. In the tiled bathroom there is a spacious shower - a washing machine is also available.

An additional room is located behind the house with a separate entrance comfortably furnished with a sofa bed.

If you arrive by car, you will find parking on the street of the housing estate.

A small supermarket with a bakery is 100 meters away.
There is also a free WiFi zone where you can access the internet (small coffee bar)
Larger purchases can be made in the shopping center or at Lidl (10 minutes by car)

Puerto de la Cruz is the ideal starting point for a diverse holiday with proximity to the Teide National Park, the fantastic black sandy beaches and many sports and excursion options. Nature lovers and hikers get their money's worth, as do sun and beach lovers who appreciate the proximity to great restaurants and the many other advantages of the city of Puerto de la Cruz.

Nice property; good location

We enjoyed it very much. Comfortable terrace and covered dining space. It is about 25minutes walk to the sea front which, for us, was a plus point.

Ein rundum schönes Feriendomizil

Ein gemütliches freistehendes Haus in einer gepflegten Anlage, ruhig gelegen, mit schöner Terrasse und Wintergarten, geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet: es fehlt an nichts. Entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Anfahrt sehr gut beschrieben, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Wir kommen gern wieder!

schöne Woche in Puerto

nettes Häuschen mit schöner Terrasse in ruhiger Umgebung. Alles da was man braucht. Für den Gang in die Altstadt sollte man etwas gut zu Fuß sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
