About this property

In the small town Mugeba, about 1.5 km from the ZELENA LAGUNA and Porec away, the well, the "Villa Aurelia". The newly constructed property has two detached houses are separated (Haus1 and haus2).
Its quiet location and newly means to do their holiday in one of our homes to the fullest. On the terraces you can enjoy a magnificent view over the beautiful landscape of Croatia and the swimming pool in the garden (for BOTH houses together) offers the perfect cooling in between.
On the ground floor of the two houses are each separate bedrooms, and bathroom and toilet.
The kitchen, the dining table, the terrace and the gallery with sofa option / couch and TV on the first floor with a warm atmosphere to stay together.
