About this property

The exclusive, stylish holiday home, built in 2013, represents a combination of warm ambience and maximum comfort. The villa is quietly located in the well-known Borovets region and is 10 km from Varna city center and 4 km from the sea. It is built of stones and offers a wonderful sea view. The furnishings are of high quality and meet the highest demands.

The house has two floors with five bedrooms, each with a double bed. The ground floor, about 130 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: a living room with flat screen TV, couch and large dining table; three bedrooms next to it with double beds; as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet like an extra guest toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On this floor there is also a relaxation and play room. The house has a large living / dining room connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped.

In the garden there is a covered barbecue area with a large table and chairs. A beautiful swimming pool (5.5m / 3m) is available for our guests and offers unforgettable moments in the hot days. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs.

The town center with supermarkets is about 2 km away. The house can only be reached via a dirt road (dirt road, approx. 900m). The house owners speak good German and are always ready to help and be available.

Amazing holiday villa

The property is beautiful and very well appointed. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the attention to detail is perfect! There were 6 of us staying for 2 weeks and we had a wonderful holiday. Plenty of space so we didnt get in each other's way. We all slept well too as the beds are sooooo comfy! The outside is a beautiful place to sit and relax. There is a perfect breakfast spot and a great bbq area. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off and floating on a lilo. The owners are really friendly and their communication is spot on. They answer emails very quickly and will help out in anyway they can. The welcome food basket was a lovely suprise. I totally would recommend this villa; but you will need a car!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Es ist alles super schön gewesen und der Vermieter war super zuvorkommen und nett. Ich kann das Haus ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen. Ein Kleines Manko: Es gibt zu wenig Ablagefläche bzw.Schränke in den einzelnen Zimmer, in denen man seinen gepackten Koffer auspacken kann. Hinweis: Der Weg zum Haus ist holprig, hier lohnt sich ein SUV als Mietwagen.
