About this property

Our vacation rental home in Puertito de Güimar is located on the seafront, very close to the beach promenade and the artificial black sand beach. It is located at a ground level and has a bedroom with direct access to the spacious terrace, bathroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and an open, fully equipped new kitchen. The large terrace with sitting area and dining table offers a partial view of the sea. The property is newly furnished and fully equipped. Wifi access and 2 Smart TV (no satellite connection) are also available free of charge. It is bright and quiet and is located in a well kept complex with a community pool. Underground parking space free of charge.
Restaurants, cafes and shops are located in close proximity and are within walking distance in a few minutes.
Bathing facilities throughout the year, in the community pool, at the nearby swimming mole or on the sandy beach just in front of the complex.

Patient with our arrival and also very friendly. The suita was charming, new and very clean.

The suita was perfect. We stay there for one week and we have amasing time. What also surprise us, among clean and well equiped apartment, was the bikes and other sport equipments that was waiting for all family. Thank you for that again. You are the best...happy to recomend to all.

Tolle Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung an einem ruhigeren Ort auf Teneriffa. Viele Einheimische und weniger Touristen. Verschiedene schöne Badestrände vor der Haustüre. Wohnung in tip topem Zustand, sehr sauber und es hat alles was man benötigt. Wir erhielten Brötchen, Wein, Süssigkeiten, Früchte etc. und konnten super gut den ersten Abend und das Frühstück überbrücken, bevor es zum Einkauf ging. Super Betreuung. Jederzeit wieder :-)

Wunderschön

Die Fewo war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft freuten wir uns über die Aufmerksamkeit von Obst, Wasser und Wein. Es war Nachts sehr ruhig und die Betten bequem. Auch andere Orte konnten in kurzer Zeit gut erreicht werden.. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Isabell.
