About this property

Spend a great 2 room apartment, fantastic holiday in the beautiful, beautiful city of Dresden.

We offer you a newly completed apartment for the night.
The apartment with 65 m² is located in the 1. Upstairs, on a complete floor of a 2016 built house.

"Before we go, you knew that Napoleon Bonaparte, 150 meters away from our quarters, watched the shelling of the Königstein fortress! Or, that the Saxon king, the district of Dresden has declared Strehlen an industrial free zone? "

In addition to underfloor heating for the winter, we have installed an air conditioner for hot summer nights. The large bedroom has a 1.80 meter wide bed a sitting area and desk.
From here you can also access the south balcony. The bathroom has a "rain" - shower. We have also provided a hair dryer for the ladies there.
In the kitchen you will find everything necessary. Microwave, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a dining table.
The living room with large windows has a cozy couch which is also suitable for sleeping for two more people.

Simply amazing!

I stayed here for business travel during a show at the Messe.The apartment is one of the best I stayed it.It feels like coming home which is really nice after a hard day of work.It has everything you need.usually rain showers never work properly in hotels so it was nice having one now that actually works :) I have asked for a second duvet as I am generally cold in during the night and Peggy gave it to me a couple of hours afterwards.The atmosphere is really warm and nice.Can only recommend to anyone if it's family or single traveller.If I ever come back to Dresden definitely to Peggy and Torsten!

Schnelle Kommunikation, unkompliziertes Wohnen

Wohnung = gute Lage, Umgebung sehr angenehm ruhig. Ferienwohnung selbst ist bestens, zu empfehlen. Wichtig: Matratzen sind Rückenfreundlich für Leute mit Rückenproblemen, nicht zu weich aber auch nicht zu hart! .

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und dazu ruhige Lage

Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung war hochwertig und Liebevoll gemacht. Klimageräte und Fußbodenheizung runden die Wohnung ab. Zudem waren die Vermieter unheimlich freundlich. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein kleiner Balkon, auf dem wir öfter gesessen und gespielt haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch spitze. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man mit der S Bahn in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Wohnung erneut wählen!
