The apartment is located in a 3-star apartment building right on the beach, which was built in a typical large hotel style here in Cannes. It has a spacious reception, which opens to a beautiful garden out in the is a beautiful round pool with an island. The building faces the sea and is about 50 meters from a beautiful sandy beach.

A two-bedroom apartment for up to four people, 30 m2 plus 8 m2 balcony. It is cleverly equipped and very functional. The balcony offers a stunning view of the sea, the beach, the western coast, the Esterel mountains, the swimming pool and palm tree garden.

The apartment is fully furnished and has an open living room with sofa beds and a kitchen and dining area. It is equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Bedroom with double bed 1.40 x 1.90 m.

Sheets and towels are NOT included in the apartment. Please bring along or rent from the owner in advance. More under PRICES.

Wifi: consumption is not included. You pay online to Passman for your consumption, eur 8/week.

Short reviews:

A tip for non motorists among your guests. We have all made trips by public transport. It went very well. From the airport by 200 bus to Cannes, Hotel de Ville change to 1 or 2 to Mairie Annexe (in front of the Ibis hotel). Fare € 1.5 (with change) This is unbeatably cheap, esp. At the current fuel prices. Even trips to Vence, Grasse, Antibes and elsewhere out are to be made easily. The tourist office in Cannes is very helpful.

Thank you so much! Our holiday was just great! We have enjoyed the time, the breakfast on the terrace with the sea view was perfect. The money for the underground parking was worth it, we had no idea made us that something may happen to the car. Cannes could be reached either on foot (25min to the beach along) or by bus (to 10min.). The supermarkets, the market with fruit, fish, vegetables ... you could min within 5 walking achieve. One can also to Nice or Monaco (with the highway at about 12 € fee the trip takes less than 1 hour), you can take the longer route without fees with lovely viewpoints.

In any case, we recommend the porphyry cliffs and Grand Canyon du Verdon to visit.

Our advice:

Cannes la Bocca: daily market on the main road (5min walk). Fruits: mangoes, pineapples, strawberries, melons ... taste entirely different and smell so!

Nice: The Ice Cream Parlour 'Fenocchio' on Place Rossetti - against 100 types of ice cream.

Antibes Marineland - even our son who is 15 years old and like many others all found boring in this age was thrilled by Marineland.

Monaco: Oceanographic Museum with the restaurant on the top floor with the panoramic view of Monaco. Our son found the museum very interesting.

This time we saw the guard at the palace in Monaco. That was a lot of fun.

Do not forget: on Sundays and holidays is also park in France in the streets for free (you can already save a lot of money). In Monaco there are everywhere elevators that connect the lower town to the upper town. If one uses save a lot of time and energy. We hope that we come again to Cannes, in any case, we will contact you.

after the wonderful holiday with great weather, clean beach,

warm sea and delicious food in Cannes, we are now well again

back. The apartment we liked very well in the living area,

really a great balcony with great views of the sea and l'Esterel

Mountains. wow! We enjoyed our holiday very much.

Railway and noise of roommates were not bad, the elevator has not disturbed, security is great. Underground parking was surprisingly large, so that you could park the car easily. The idea with the safe for keys is great!

Many many thanks. We had spent a very nice holiday in your apartment. The weather in the first week was not so nice but the second week was sunny and warm. The apartment is practical and well equipped for the winter. Had no problems everything went super well. The security at the Palazzo is excellent and is well controlled by security personnel. Everything worked fine, the apartment I was completely satisfied. The location is very ideal, all services-related companies of daily life are in close proximity. The views from the balcony is beautiful -hätte not be better! The hotel complex in which the apartment is located is very quiet and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I have spent a great stay on the Cote d'Azur, which is me always remain in remembrance among others thanks to your cozy accommodation!

If you are traveling without a car, I recommend, to get to a regional bus ticket. It is both practical and low and applies to the bullpen to Cannes Mandelieu-la Napoule. Access points are located in close proximity to the apartment. These stops are served by 3 bus routes, d. H. I never longer than 10 minutes waiting for a bus.

In Cannes we should run a walk (also by car is possible) take the Croix des Gardes. This is a beautiful lookout point with spectacular views of the bay and the Esterel Mountains. The whole ridge is covered with mimosa trees, which appear in late winter at its most beautiful side. An experience for all the senses!

Thank you again for transfer of apartments in Cannes over Christmas. It was all very nice and we enjoyed our stay and the wonderful view from the balcony, especially when eating, because at these temperatures could also eat outside in December. Pierre & Vacances-building is close to several shopping malls, the walk to Cannes took along the beach about 20 minutes. The weather was lovely, sunny, 13-14 degrees and little wind. Nearby is the town of Mandelieu, where there is an excellent golf course and eight kilometers of fine sandy beach that ends at the foot of the Esterel Mountains. In another direction Cannes, with all its charm. The International Film Festival are held here every year in April and May and in August is also a huge fireworks festival. Other events include a flower competition and various restaurateurs weeks. The Boulevard du Midi, which is a beautiful beach boulevard runs right in front of the hotel and is a popular walkway with palm trees, beautiful flower beds and restaurants. In the hills behind Cannes is the old town of Grasse, famous for its perfumes and essences and surrounded by mimosas and flowers and rose fields, which are used for processing. Mougins is one of the traditional Provencal villages with several first-class restaurants.
